Before you go bashing my build and artifact choices. I really went for HP for fun, and I like to go out of the norms to test things out. haha
Besides, I don't get the idea of people not wanting her HP to exceed 40k rendering it being useless because her talent passive maxes out at 28%. You do realize that this is just a bonus and her elemental skill is still gaining benefit from her Max HP regardless, right? lol
