APTA-PA would like to change their bylaws to update the election timelines and the name of the PTA caucus. They need at least 140 people to vote in order for the changes to go into effect. Please take a moment to cast your vote.
Bylaw Update APTA PA is presenting to our members an amendment to the current bylaws. Please take a moment to review but what follows is an overview of the amendment.
The 2023-24 legislative cycle will be done in a few months. We still have time to get the direct access bills out of the Senate Consumer Protection and Licensure Committee as well as the House Licensure Committee. We need your assistance!!
Below please find 2 methods to identify your Pa State Senator and Representative. You will also see a template you could consider cutting and pasting into an email. Please consider taking a moment to reach out via email or if you desire by phone, or a personal visit.
We have been active legislatively in a defensive posture but with a push during this election period we have the potential to move the profession forward. Thank you in advance for this as well as all you do.
Below is information you can use to contact your legislator about SB 11042 and HB 1491 which will modernize direct access in Pennsylvania.
