Scott came to me 4 months ago with a goal in mind of doing a charity boxing event, we needed to lean up his physique and get that endurance on lock quickly💨, we both got to work and set his targets in place.

He has followed my programme and teachings to the book 📕 every single day showing sheer discipline with diet and training.

🥊The results speak for themself once again here, he has smashed it out the park and we are now ready for fight night tomorrow🥊

🪢A few of my clients have been asking me, "How do you put on muscle mass and improve strength while still being lean?” I do this through Lean Bulking🦍

🪢It's a more gradual process which I now personally prefer to traditional bulking and cutting, it can result in a more constant aesthetically pleasing physique with less need for an extended cutting phase to shed excess fat🪢

🪢Lean bulking is a strategy that involves gaining muscle mass and strength while minimising the amount of body fat I gain🪢

🪢This process requires a really thoughtful and strategic approach to nutrition and your workouts, it can be confusing🫠

🪢From Struggle to Strength: Trust the Process, Trust Me 🪢

A glimpse into my own transformative journey 📸

🪢Photo 1: 2018 - Weighed down at 57kg, uncomfortable with my body image and an uneasy relationship with food, I struggled with day to day life and was in an unhappy head space constantly.

🪢Photo 2: 2020 - Tipping the scales at 84kg, I was lifting big weights but facing breathing problems, low cardio levels and a body I didn't like or recognise. It wasn’t the goals I wanted and It was time for a change.

🪢Photo 3: 2023 - Now at 71kg, much healthier, keeping my strength and lifting heavier than ever with a high level cardio rate too. My journey is a testament to resilience and the self-love I have for training mind and body.

🪢With the lessons from my own journey, I've poured all of my knowledge and qualifications into crafting my coaching programme.
