A glimpse into my own transformative journey 📸
🪢Photo 1: 2018 - Weighed down at 57kg, uncomfortable with my body image and an uneasy relationship with food, I struggled with day to day life and was in an unhappy head space constantly.
🪢Photo 2: 2020 - Tipping the scales at 84kg, I was lifting big weights but facing breathing problems, low cardio levels and a body I didn't like or recognise. It wasn’t the goals I wanted and It was time for a change.
🪢Photo 3: 2023 - Now at 71kg, much healthier, keeping my strength and lifting heavier than ever with a high level cardio rate too. My journey is a testament to resilience and the self-love I have for training mind and body.
🪢With the lessons from my own journey, I've poured all of my knowledge and qualifications into crafting my coaching programme.
