๐๐ช On January 22, ASEZ members from Korea joined forces with local Church of God members in Suva, Fiji, for impactful street and beach cleanups. ๐ซ๐ฏ๐๏ธ They removed plastic waste and debris near the Raiwaqa Police Station, and later tackled coastal cleanup at Nasese Beach, collecting tires and coconut shells. These dedicated volunteers, as part of their Reduce Crime Together (RCT) campaign, collected 130 bags of trash from the park's waterways. Their mission? Pelton Park in Yonkers, NY saw a remarkable transformation on Earth Day, April 21, 2024, thanks to ASEZ University student volunteers from various colleges. With 37 students leading the charge, they collected 30 bags of trash, restoring the park to its former glory. Nader Sayegh, New York State Assemblyman, Yonkers commended their dedication, awarding 3 citations for their service. This youth-driven initiative exemplifies the power of community action in creating positive change.
