I went to see my other venue today, for the guided meditation class I'm running, it's lovely, on a lake with beautiful views of the countryside, there is even pure white Lillie's on little lilly pads on the lake, looks beautiful and pure serenity comes to mind on entering it.
Will only be space for 15 to 20 people laying down on a yoga matt, if you prefare sitting then please bring a chair, there will be some spare yoga matts available if needed. This class is a one off session at a cost of £6, if there is enough interest it will run weekly, if there is a lot of interest in which I'm hoping I will consider putting on an extra class at £7.
First introductory class is
Wednesday 6th September at 10.30 am

There are some beutiful natural skin care products out there, but I love to make some things for myself, from my own lavender plants rosemary etc,
A new one I have been inspired to make is a natural deodorant,
it's simple :
Himalaya pink sea salt,
Water (spring)
And add a few drops of your favourite essential oils if required but not necessary, lemon or orange is actually really refreshing.
Just crush the salt add a few drops of water an oil, and pop in a roller bottle,
Simple and natural

As you know I'm a reiki master, so know 1st hand the truly amazing healing benefits, anyways I've just been reading this article and it's a great little boost to your energy and mind, you dont have to be a reiki healer to be able to do this on yourself,

Soak it with olive oil for a week and use on your hair, helps it to thicken and grow, or use the oil as a face serum, beuitiful on the skin, or you can keep the pouch at the side of the bed or in your bag and smell it when you need clarity and do focus, clears depression and headaches, it's a beuitiful natural plant herb that has been used for centuries, you can also rub the oil you make yourself on aching joints 👍
