Heres a tastier of one of the many breakfasts offered through the amcdiet app
Ingredients:- 2eggs,
1oz mushrooms,
1 clove of garlic,
1/2 sliced onion,
Dried basil,
1 tomato sliced
1oz parmesan cheese
Fry light cooking spary
Method:-
1. Spary pan with fry light
2. Add mushrooms, onion, tomato and garlic (cook for 3-4mins)
3. Beat egg and cook alone
4. Put omlette on warm plate
5. Put veg on right of omlette and flip over
6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and basil
7. Season if required.

******Weight Lose Tip******
Hello everyone so it's been a while since I gave any weight lose tips, so here goes.........
Put a slice or two of lemon in your water. This isn't great for your teeth so drink through a straw, but it will flush your system and aid weight lose.
