In less than a month I will be off FB. I am closing my account. I have been severely depressed due to many things happening at once. I accidentally dropped a $100 cash payment into the trash. On top of that my weight has been going up despite all my efforts to lose. I have borrowed money that I am now having a hard time paying back. I am losing out on many things I love to do, like cooking, baking, and going to the dog shows. I did get some good news in that I will be getting a motorized wheelchair. If I could get a small ramp I may be able to get up into a van and get to some dog shows. I doubt that will happen because the cheapest ramp I could find was $118, so beyond my pay grade right now. My friend was kind enough to ask folks to send cards and in out of over 200 friends I got 1. That was very hurtful and depressing. Anyhow wanted you to know I am closing my account out.

Any of you know about my health problems but am still managing to get drawings done. I count on these to help me through each month getting things I need or want (such as snacks, a book, or even my art supplies). Without orders I cannot get these things. I have had three people commit to drawings and then have not followed through, so I have a couple openings for Christmas. Please, I really need a couple of orders so if you thought about ordering could you please do so. Thank you for your support.

As many of you may know I have been out of commission for more than two years with various health problems ranging from kidney problems to internal bleeding, which almost cost me my life, to many flairs with the PMR and GCA. Right now I am in a rehab center because of all this and am on both Medicare and Medicaid. Paying for this takes almost all my money and leaves me with something like $50 a month. The care and people here are great, the only drawback is the food, I don't even know if Minnie would eat it. Anyhow I am back to my drawing and hope maybe you can give me some support with this special. It would be greatly appreciated and please PM me using Linda Zielinski not here. Thanks.

After I finish up what I have to do I plan on doing an English Cocker collection, unless of course I get postponed by new orders to do first. 😉

Prices are $125 for an 8x10 and $175 for an 11x14. All are coloured pencil on vellum. Prices include matting and shipping.

I have some bad news to share with all my art clients. My hand, right one of course, has been swollen for the last 4 months and I'm afraid it is arthritis. The pain at times is so bad I cannot use it at all. I am afraid I will have to discontinue accepting commissions in the very near future. Not by my choice but because it is getting harder and harder to grip the pencils and apply the different pressures needed for my art. If you have ever thought of having a drawing done now would be the time to order before I can no longer accommodate any new drawings. PM me if you need info. Thank all of you who have ordered from me in the past, you made my days that were filled with doing something I loved to do and was blessed with. I will be honouring all the gift certificates that were requested.
