After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Design & Production at Colorado State University, Jes followed her intuition and pursued a career in the beauty industry. After completing cosmetology school in Denver she embarked on multiple apprenticeships, immersing herself in the art of hairstyling. With nearly two decades of experience, Jes has truly mastered her trade.

Driven by her belief in continuous improvement, Jes has explored various hair extension methods throughout her career. When she encountered Hand Tied Extensions, she recognized its potential and dedicated herself to perfecting the system. After extensive research and countless trials, Jes birthed her own method, ILLUSION. Today, she specializes in Hand Tied Hair Extensions at & and serves as the Lead Educator for SILX Global. She passionately travels across the country, and now virtually, empowering other stylists to refine their skills and elevate their careers.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jes leads a fulfilling life with her husband and three children. When she’s not at the salon she’s attending her children’s sporting events or traveling the world making memories with her family & friends
