Hey Mad Chow Fam!! It has been a while, since Covid hit, Mad Chow shut down it's operations in the US, to pursue other endeavors for now. I'm pleased to announce that we are in Zambia at the moment and a food vendor opportunity came about and we will be a vendor at this event on October 24, 2021, the day of our Independence!! We're changing things up, since this will be our first international gig, we're going to be serving honey battered jumbo corn dogs! Hope to see you there!!

becomes a reality when you decide to take action and jump in. I did that in March of 2018 when I decided to start up my dream job as cooking with heart, soul, and a dash of Afro-fusion flavor. I named the company Mad Chow because this food is insanely delicious y’all. The best of both my worlds collide in the kitchen, and I hope you enjoy!
