Been a hot minute since I have shared any photos on here...

So here I am 👋🏼 coming back from my instagram hiatus with a few of my favorites from Cori + Josiah’s engagement session a few weeks ago 🥰 aren’t they the freaking cutest?!?!

Welp.. sorry for being MIA. Life has been crazy over here the past few months. I’m pretty open with what’s going on in my life.. So I figured it’s about time I shared on here.

Tyler and I have been dealing with secondary infertility the past year and half. And after so many months of trying, months of waiting, and a surgery (with now only one Fallopian tube) we were shared that I’m at high risk for having a tubal pregnancy if we were to have another child on our own. Which means it’s pretty much IVF or adoption for us. So that’s been a lot to take in and figure out.

And then a few weeks after receiving that news my grandma passed away unexpectedly.. on Lani’s birthday. And that’s been pretty hard for me. She has been my first thought in the morning as I wake up the past month… and it just feels like it’s not real. But it is. And my heart has been hurting. But I know she’s up in Heaven with no more pain.

And just when I thought life was getting to be “normal” (which I don’t think it ever will be) again, we got in a car accident almost two weeks ago on our way home from a session literally right outside of our neighborhood by a drunk driver. Luckily we are safe and no one was injured but our car might be totaled. We haven’t gotten the news yet and I’m dreading it. Soooo yeah.. these are just a few reasons for my hiatus 🙃 Life’s been crazy. And I’ve been in a funk. But I appreciate all my family + friends who have been supporting us through all of this craziness.

I’m still pushing through and showing up for my couples.. who have also been amazing 💛 and supportive! So thank you 🥰 I’m seriously blessed with all of you here! Thanks for letting me open up + share a bit of my life with y’all!!

Through all the rain, snow, and cold wind... Karly + Nolan tied the knot and said “I DO” in the mountains.. and let me just say, it was nothing short of amazing 🥰😍😍😍

Speaking of engagement sessions.... 🤪 I got to hang out with Jessie + Trenton Saturday morning and oh my gosh… to say I’m obsessed with all of these photos is an understatement!

I met Jessie a few years back while we were both working at True West Coffee in downtown Hamilton. Our friendship was blessed with our mutual love for tacos 🌮🌮🌮 And now I’m so thrilled she reached out and asked me to be her wedding photographer for their wedding this July!!

I’m so so so excited for these two and their upcoming wedding (in just THREE MONTHS!!!!!).. I can’t wait to party with y’all and capture the best day of your life together joining as one!!!! 🤍 LETS GOOOO!!!

These two got married last year with only their immediate family bc COVID had other plans, so they decided to celebrate the following year... with all their family + friends, which led them to booking with me for their sweet celebration!

Jenna + Jonathan got engaged in a McDonald’s parking lot, so bringing McD’s to their engagement session was a must have!!!!! 😍 they also brought their red truck, Clifford, for their session. And it was just such a perfect addition. There’s seriously nothing better than sitting with your love in the bed of a truck, eating McDonald’s, and sipping on some beer!!! 💛💛💛

Ahhhhhh I still can’t get over how cute these two are.... even while eating French fries + chicken nuggets. I can’t wait to post more of these love birds. Until then, enjoyyyy 🤩💛❤️

I was literally soooo excited when Kaity reached out to me last month to take their maternity photos!! I took their wedding photos back in 2019 (which feels like ages ago) and I was DYING to have a reason for them to be in front of my camera again 🥰💛 so to say I was PUMPED when she reached out is an understatement 🤪

When Alie reached out to me about her engagement photos I immediately got so excited!!!! We did a shoot just for fun this past fall and absolutely loved working with her!!!

So when it was time for these photos we had so much fun planning it all out!!

AND they are currently building their home in Trenton (literally a few neighborhoods down from me!! Hi soon to be neighbor 😍💛💛) so this lil hidden gem in Trenton was a perfect location for their photos.
