WHATEVER IT TAKES, WEDNESDAY ā (James 4:7) "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will fleeā -
We live in a sin filled world, and we must deal with our own sinful desires. And we have to daily do whatever it takes to submit to God and resist the devil and his fiery darts that are thrown at us. Remember, in faith, we must keep our spiritual armor on, (Ephesians 6:10-16).
Too many times Satan throws a fiery dart at us and we aren't prepared to do whatever it takes to keep our faith-walk strong. We don't stand steadfast and firm, instead we faint and cry, "Why did this happen to me?" Satan flings a little fiery dart and instead of taking out the fire extinguisher of the Word, we freak out and holler for help in the wrong direction. God will always have a remnant of holy and separated people, who will do whatever it takes, to show forth Christ in the midst of these most evil days. These are those that know and love God, are faithful to His Word, Jesus the Word made flesh, and the written Word of God.
Those that draw strength from believing in the majesty and power of God, whose judgments are always righteous. Those of us that will stand and having done all to steadfastly stand, trusting in Almighty God. Steadfast standing will bring results every time! The word steadfast means, unwavering, persistent, committed, unswerving, dedicated. Powerful words that the enemy hates. When we have a āwhatever it takesā attitude, we will not quit or give up quick to be discouraged or to quit but we must strive to do whatever it takes to maintain and sustain our relationship with our Lord and Savior, to be steadfast and unmovable, and to be in the world but not of the world.
No matter what circumstance, situations, trials and tribulations, God will give us strength to endure, faith to believe, and mercy and grace to do whatever it takes to walk our walk in these evil days. Peace and blessings!

Happy August, let's roll!
Happy Monday!
MIDST OF DISAPPOINTMENTS, MONDAY ā (Psalm 34:18-19) āThe Lord is near to those who have a broken heart and saves such that have a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them allā -
From time to time, we feel the sting of disappointment. Weāre disappointed about the job we applied for but didnāt get, the promotion we were passed over for, the man or woman we thought was āthe oneā riding off into the sunset with someone else, we did not win in an event we were in, the list can go on and on.
No matter what the disappointment is, we may subconsciously feel like we failed or that God failed us, but of course God never fails. We must still trust God even in the midst of lifeās disappointing moments. When God doesnāt answer our prayer our way, we tend to get disappointed that he did not come through for us, and our emotions may flare up. Sad thing is God is not moved by our emotions. Heās moved by our trust and faith in Him!
Even in our disappointment, God is yet moving. Heās probably shielding us from some hurt, harm or danger, seen or unseen, illness or injury. He knows the end from the beginning, He knows our needs and our wants He knows everything. So, we can trust that He knows what Heās doing, even if Heās not doing what we want Him to do!
When we choose to put our trust in Him, He anchors our souls, calms our fears, and comforts our hearts. God is bigger than any situation or challenge we will have in life. When life brings disappointment, we must remember and encourage ourselves that God is still in control, trust that God knows what Heās doing and that Heās got our best interest at heart. Peace and blessings.

WE MUST NOT WORRY, WEDNESDAY - (Matthew 6:31-32) "Do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear? For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things" -
As He did with Paul, the Lord promises to meet the needs of all of us, His children. We can rely on His promised care for us, so we do not need to worry or fret. It just doesnāt make sense to worry, because it will not fix anything or prevent anything. To worry about something we cannot change is irrational because when we worry about something, it just gets bigger in our mind.
Worry will not make us live longer or grow any taller. When we worry, itās like carrying a weight God will take care of everything you need. He meets our needs because He is good and He loves us not because we deserve it. If weāve accepted Jesus as into our lives, we must not worry for we are depending on our own strength and that wonāt work. If He loves us enough to die for us He will certainly lead, feed and meet our needs.
When we are faced with something at work, declare that the Lord is our shepherd and trust Him to guide us through the day. If we are laid off, know that our faithful and loving Father is fully aware and will be faithful to "supply all our needā, (Philippians 4:19) āAnd my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesusā. He may typically use a paycheck to fulfill His promise, a rebate or refund we were not looking for, but He will supply our needs. Even if we are flat on our backs and unable to work, God is our faithful source of everything we need, so we must not worry. Peace and blessings.
Well come on now Lil Sis!!!!!!!

DONāT GROW WEARY, WEDNESDAY - (Galatians 6:9) āAnd let us not be weary in well doing for in due season we shall reap, if we faint notā -
We all go through seasons of life and as difficult as some may be, we can't quit too soon, otherwise, we will never reap what we have sowed. All of us have been weary, trying to handle this, trying to handle that, dealing with the many issues, concerns, and challenges that we face in our daily lives. We get weary working on jobs that are stressful and demanding, but we still strive to ālet our lights shineā.
We get weary when weāve planted seeds of faithfulness and diligence but have not seen the results or manifestations of our prayers and have not yet reaped a harvest. We get weary as we strive to help and do good to others but may end up getting backstabbed by those we helped. We get weary with all the āissuesā that our families, children, or friends may burden us with. Give those issues to God in prayer and trust Him to handle it.
To help us to not get weary and from feeling overwhelmed, pray to God and ask Him for direction (Proverbs 3:6), āIn all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your pathsā. Never forget the truths of the Word of God, decreeing and declaring them, things like: (1 John 4:4) āGreater is He that is in us than he that is in the worldā; (Isaiah 54:17) āNo weapon formed against us will prosperā; ā(Philippians 4:13) āI can do all things through Christ who strengthens meā.
Keep running our race, trusting God and reminding ourselves of Godās faithfulness. Donāt grow weary. Donāt lose hope. Donāt grow bitter and donāt lose faith. Peace and blessings.
THE WORDS WE SPEAK, TUESDAY - (Psalm 19:14) āLet the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemerā ā
We are responsible for the words we speak. Words have no rewind function. Once they are spoken they cannot be taken back. Our spoken words can create or destroy, discourage or inspire, heal or hurt, so we should take time and choose what we say careful.
We should endeavor to take time to think before we speak. Most importantly, our words should line up with the Word of God, which always brings forth truth and life. Our words are powerful, and we will get what we speak. Therefore, we want to speak life not death.
The words we speak come from our heart. It means the thoughts or feelings, and it refers to the mind. Many times, when the Bible talks about the heart, it's referring to thoughts, feelings, and the mind. (Luke 6:45) āA good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaksā. When we agree with Godās Word, and begin to speak the scriptures, it opens the door for God to bring forth the manifestation. Whereas, if we speak things that do not line up with the Word of God, then, we are in division. We donāt get what we believe, we get what we believe and speak.
So, speak like the true conqueror, and royal priesthood that we are in Christ. (Proverbs 18:1) āDeath and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruitā. What kind of "fruit" are we bringing forth with our words The Word of God will work for us, if we work it. Peace and blessings
