Art, whimsy, and creativity - tips & resources from Aisling D'Art.
Easter is ahead! Here are my favorite (free) Easter Egg coloring pages. I LOVED drawing these! They can be fun for kids, and fun for adults, too. 😉
Here's one of them:

Since I'm sharing free, printable art, here's something else you may want to download. It's a little early for this, but better early than late, right? ;) It's art you can color for Mother's Day.
My latest "door sign" - a free, slightly imperfect, mini-poster you can download and print.
Door Signs are Back! Aisling's free, printable mini-poster about kindness. If you like hand-drawn, hippie-ish, 1960s-style art, you may like this.
Though there are a few points in this I'd disagree with, the overall message is wonderful. It's an article (printable PDF) from Stampington's newest "Bella Grace" magazine, titled "10 Things I'm Leaving Behind."
The opening lines convey the context: "I seem to be in a stage of letting go. Perhaps it's that middle age is upon me and I'm looking to let go of the person I used to be in order to make room for who I'm becoming. You could say it's got me feeling kind of rebellious..."
Online - and, somewhat, in real life - I'm shifting my focus a bit. Expect to see more posts here, soon.
Another day, another collage, "Another Journey"!
Another Journey - Mixed Media Collage The artist talks about the process, themes, and materials that went into her "Another Journey" mixed media collage, an art journaling piece.
Here's what I'm working on right now, and what's on my art studio desk as I create fresh art.
What's on Your Desktop? Aisling explains what's on her art studio desk - and why - when she's working with torn-paper and mixed media collages.
