Great run with Jess not long until we have the GB ultras Pennine Barrier 50 mile so doing what I can when I can to prepare. Looking forwards to Helvelyn next week walk it one day and run the next if we feel like it 🤣🏔️ lovely place to run today Eccup Harewood area we were dreaming of living in the area and checking out the beautiful houses, thought about asking if anyone wanted there car washing to see if we could make enough money to fund our ultras 🤣 Jess wore road shoes without thinking and came home looking like she’s been scratched by a cat she didn’t even feel it or know she was bleeding 💪. Happy Easter love it every day is a chocolate day in my world 🎉

If you’re a runner struggling with health issues, feeling discouraged or stuck in your training, know that you’re not alone.

Even if it feels daunting right now, you have the strength within you to find a better balance and pursue a fulfilling running journey. And I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Start believing in your ability to listen to your body, make necessary adjustments, and embrace a more holistic approach to running.
