The Royal Coachman has been a tremendous dry fly offering a subtle and effective look.

This was my first time targeting smallmouth with a fly rod and the young smallmouth bass were going crazy for the royal coachman! Always such a special feeling when you catch a fish on a fly you made yourself. It really adds to the experience and makes you feel closer to nature.

My name is Adam and I'm a beginner fly tier/beginner fly fisherman! This page will serve as a timeline of my journey through the hobby of fly tying and the sport of fly fishing as well as a small business where you can support me by buying my hand-tied flies.

They aren't perfect, but, all my effort and passion go into every knot and detail!

We do take requests for specific flies, however, keep in mind we are still in the beginner phase of tying. Despite this, I will be happy to give it my all and try to tie a fly you will be happy with!
