It feels SO good to be back in the routine of working out! I haven’t been able to train like I used to since I broke my foot in June 😩. Once I recovered, it seemed like there was never time for exercise between work, EMT school, fire academy, and being a mom and wife. When my kids had remote schooling from home for 3 months, it became even more challenging to balance my responsibilities. Since they’ve gone back to school, I’ve forced myself to make time for a 30 minute workout 4-5 times per week, and it feels AMAZING! It’s easy to forget to invest in myself, but I’m learning how important it is to make exercise a priority. It makes my mind, body, and soul happy 🤩. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk 🤪
