Presentation by Christina Friberg
Thursday, June 15th, 3pm EDT, free online event with IUMAA
This talk will discuss the process of building the virtual reality (VR) experience that will be part of IUMAA' opening exhibit, City on the River: Connecting the Indigenous Past and Present. Through consultation with IUMAA's Indigenous partners, IDIA Lab The Institute for Digital Intermedia Arts at Ball State University State University, and The Elumenati, we use technology to show Angel Mounds State Historic Site as it was 700 years ago: a thriving, vibrant city full of people living everyday lives. Q&A to follow.
