We are recruiting for a Junior Producer to join our London-based team, to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in event production, and would be working underneath one of our Senior Producers.
The role is an 8 month contract until the end of June, with the option of going permanent for the right person.
The role is based in our London E8 office three days per week and two days working from home.

Tablescape details. We took inspiration from Venetian artisanal marbled papers for these bespoke tablecloths, working with . We built layers of detail on top of this, including hand-blown Venetian Murano glassware, beautiful menus hand written by with blue tassels, and topped it all off with ’s beautiful wild blooms.
We designed the draping of the tent to match, with taupe leg draped and a scalloped vallance edged with blue.

Upon arrival onto a private island in Venice, guests walked or were driven in colourful open-top cars through to an incredibly romantic floral sail tent surrounded by nature - a world away from the chaos of the Grand Canal. The cocktail reception took place on bespoke-built decking by the water’s edge, framed with ’s magical wild florals.

As the sun fell, guests were treated to delicious food from Massimo Bottura alumni Francesco Vincenzi of
before heading into the tent itself for dinner and dancing. More on that to come…

We are recruiting for an Event Assistant to join our London based team. This is an exciting junior position for a recent graduate or someone with around 1 years experience in the events/production industry. Must be super organised, pro-active and enthusiastic with an interest in events, parties and design, and a love of travel. Please email [email protected] for a Job Spec.
The role is based from our East London office 3 days per week and working from home 2 days per week so please do not apply if you are not London based.

A hugely romantic and bucolic English countryside wedding, perfectly book-ended by two fabulous and incredibly fun parties. The perfect mix of old fashioned tradition and let-your-hair-down fun.

Following a London welcome party, P&G’s guests headed to beautiful for a weekend house party takeover. A church wedding, reception in the beautiful house, a marquee reception and then a brilliant afterparty (their afterparty was the northern African inspired one I shared a few posts ago). I loved working with P&G, who have amazing taste and cared as much as we do about all the little details, and also looked after their guests incredibly well (with help from the brilliant , who offered an almost hotel level of hospitality).

After dinner and dancing in a beautiful glass marquee on the edge of Lake Como, guests walked back to the Villa d’Este terrace for the cutting of the enormous millefoglie cake. Afterwards, we drew back the curtains to reveal Club Laz, a secret afterparty hidden inside the hotel’s amazing retro nightclub. We designed the branding with our in-house team, which featured on everything from coasters to the neon signs, from ashtrays to bespoke burger boxes, and packed out the dance floor. At one point half the guests vanished, and came back wearing their C&J monogram pyjamas (final shot). What a night!⁠

Following the ceremony and drinks on the Villa d’Este terrace, guests walked via a path lit by thousands of candles to a glass greenhouse built for the reception right on the shore of the lake. We wanted to create a magical secret garden feel, so we brought the outdoors indoors, filling the space with foliage, with the bar and stage dressed in climbing ivy as if they had been found in a garden that’s been left to get a little wild. Tables were understated and elegant, with plates, bespoke monogrammed napkins and ribbon-trimmed foiled menu booklets.⁠ Lighting was dark and atmospheric, with an abundance of candlelight.⁠

The wedding ceremony took place in Villa d’Este’s iconic Mosaic Garden. The wedding party entered to an 8-piece string orchestra, and were married under the Chuppah by the family’s long-standing Rabbi Cantor Lam. ⁠

There were so many brilliant people involved in making this weekend as special as it was, and I have tried to thank everyone below. Shout-outs to the iconic for being invaded by 300 people over 4 days of beautiful events, for the incredible photos, and for the beautiful florals. Also a huge thank-you to my team for working so tirelessly throughout, to Emily , the best partner in crime, and to C&J - you are the best.⁠

Firstly, I am sharing the Saturday night, their welcome party, La Dolce Vita. As the sun set over a gorgeous early Autumn evening on Lake Como, guests had drinks and a lakefront dinner on Villa d’Este’s iconic terrace. We really leaned into the opulence and glamour of the theme, covering the tables in red roses and piles of fruit, with antique silverware and crisp white linen. After dinner, there was an opera performance, and spectacular fireworks, followed by a band playing Italian classics that had everyone up dancing. Whilst all this was going on, we’d been inside Villa d’Este, transforming it into the ultimate hotel takeover lobby afterparty. We threw open the doors, turned up the tunes and the dancing continued late into the night. ⁠

Pomeline & Gabriel’s after party was inspired by northern and central African prints and design, and was so much fun to put together. This is the ballroom at Cowdray House, a historic and incredibly beautiful country house in Surrey in southern England. It ended a beautiful and bucolic English countryside wedding day with a complete contrast of mood and atmosphere, really lifting everyone’s spirits for the final few hours of the party.

We draped the room in a stripe, and added bespoke printed bars and stage, all set against the super versatile backdrop of a mirror floor.

Assistant Producer/Event Assistant - We are looking for someone either at entry level or with about 1 year’s event experience to provide a general support to the team in countless ways.

Producer - This person will manage projects as one of our 4 producers, reporting in to the company director and creative director. At least 3 years event experience please.

Exploring the very beautiful in the Loire valley with clients yesterday ahead of their 2023 wedding. This is a very special venue as it manages to be both really wow and impressive, yet hugely welcoming and homely, all at the same time. Excited for this one.
