POLICY
CANCELLATION –
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling’s at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify me at least 3 hours prior. If you need to cancel the same day as your appointment I will need at least 3 hours notice prior to appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS –
In order to respect the time of both my clients and myself, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a £5 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
NO SHOWS –
In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 25% of the missed service. Two or more missed appointments equal being fired from the salon.
REPAIRS –
For any reason a nail breaks or comes off or have any issues with nails within the first 3 days of having yours nails done then I will repair it FREE OF CHARGE anything after the 3 days will have to be PAID FOR TO BE REPAIRED.
SATISFACTION –
For any reason you are not satisfied with yours nails Gels or Acrylic nails within 24 HOURS of having them done please feel free to let me know or during the appointment I will happily re do them free of charge or refund you, anything over the 24 HOUR period will charged.
HEALTH HISTORY –
For your comfort and safety, please notify me if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert me immediately.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE –
I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES –
As I’m concerned with your and your children’s safety, I strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional supervision or something to keep them engaged.
SOMEONE ELSE’S WORK –
If you have acrylic nails on or Gel polish from having them done somewhere else they need to be taken off by yourself I will only work on nails that’s been done by myself, if you cannot get them off for any reason and need me to take them off there will an extra cost for someone else’s work.
FOOD & DRINK –
The nail salon is not a place for food, especially something hot that has a smell to it as it will disturb other clients. Drinks such as coffee, tea, soda and water are acceptable.
HYGIENE –
Both clients and nail technician should have clean sanitised hands before doing any work on nails.
