NEW PROJECT!🎉🎉

We’re partnering with Yellowridge Construction to help replace two aging apartment buildings in Cloverdale which will provide more affordable rental homes for seniors with low incomes.

Zappone Manor will replace 50 units that are nearing the end of their lifespan. The new five-storey building will have 89 units, which will be a mix of studio and one-bedroom homes.

Our scope of work includes:

Construction is underway on Phases 1 and 2 of Portwood!

Our team in Port Moody is doing an outstanding job bringing this 23-acre community to life. Phase 1 bulk excavation and shotcrete is 95% complete, while bulk excavation for Phase 2 is well underway. We were honored to have , , and on-site to celebrate this project and are excited to see the 500 rental and market homes take shape! 🏗️🎉

NEW PROJECT SETTING SAIL!🥳🍾🚢

We are excited to announce that we have been awarded the Horseshoe Bay Underpass Seismic Safety Retrofit project.

The scope includes a seismic retrofit of the steel frame underpass crossing Hwy 1 at Marine Drive in West Vancouver. It also includes localized concrete and bridge deck removal, installation of fibre reinforced deck concrete and deadman anchors, construction of new pier leg restraints and concrete shear keys, and post tensioning work.

NEW PROJECT ALERT!🎉

Another new project is coming in hot, but this time one that’s going to leave your ride sparkling clean. 🚗✨A new carwash is coming to West Railway street in Abbotsford by Zen Group.

This facility will accommodate a tunnel-style wash, where a vehicle is pulled through a series of wash stages.
In addition to the wash tunnel, the facility will also accommodate an office and mechanical space as well as exterior vacuum bays for customers to enhance their vehicle cleaning experience both inside and out.

Regehr Contracting was proud to attend the career fair on Wednesday, March 6th.

This event drew over 1000 UBC students to network, information share and connect with us about career opportunities. It was great to get to meet the new faces heading into the workforce and chat about how we can work together.

Spicing up the Snokomish site with some on-site servicing! Storm & sani coming in hot! 🔥

On the Sea & Sky project in Squamish we are in the middle of the installation of sheet piles and pipe piles to create a combi-wall that will create the new foreshore wall for this new develop of over 900 units. The combi-wall consists of driving sheet piles and pipe pile into pre densified ground to allow backfill and create a long lasting wall that will hold up for decades against mother natures forces and endless cycles of tidal activities. 🌊🚧

Our crew continuing to kill it in these winter conditions at Snokomish Elementary School. Even in the snow our team is working hard to keep the project progressing and stick to the schedule. We really mean it when we say, quality projects by quality people. Way to go team! 🍻

A much needed update from our Woodland Park project because our team has been BUSY!
Bulk excavation and truck exports are underway, and shotcrete with power shoring panels and drilling are beginning! With all the snow and rain our crew’s been working on water management and maintaining our environment conscious approach, while keeping things on track. 🚧🏗️

Snokomish Elementary school is starting to take shape! 🏗️Our crews been busy working on the excavation for boulding footings, installing the eco block storm tank, installing the base gravel for the all weather field, exporting contaminated material, and they began installing the storm sewer! Things are moving along, way to go team! 🎉
