Hello Friendmers!,
Yoney's One Of A Kind will be at the Whittier Women's Club Spring Fling this coming Saturday, April 13th, from 10 - 4pm. This is a new event for us. So I'm excited to see the vendors as well! If you live near the Whittier area, please come out!
It will be held at East Whittier United Methodist Church, 10005 Cole Rd., Whittier.

My crafter friend, Evlee Pinkney and her hubby of Kraftin Korner, came out to support my hubby Scott at his show in LaMirada tonight. She'll be at the YLWC Craft Boutique with her runners, aprons and napkins, next weekend. She's one of the few crafters, that makes 💯 of what she sells.
We had one old tube TV in our guest room. I didn’t want to throw it out, because I know one day, I'll go to an antique shop and say to Scott, "Remember? We had one of those!" So, I saw this DIY on Pinterest and asked my husband to gut out the insides so I can make myself a planter! Some people made bookshelves, mini wetbars, etc. I really like it!
HOW TO: You will need a screwdriver and hammer. Gut the insides. {I wish I would have kept the rabbit ears on for nogstagia} First add bark at the bottom. 2nd, add soil with rocks to create air spaces and fine sand. Mix soil and sand only (not first layer bark). 3rd, add plants, and top with moss. Water thoroughly. Do not water again for 1 week.

Last night, my sweet friend, Andra, hosted a Galentine's tree craft gathering in her home. It was so much fun teaching our friends how to make these crafty trees!
All supplies were purchased from the Dollartree. Easy to make in 2+ hours! Host a Galentine's party with your friends.
Here's what you need:
To make the Valentine's Day tree:
1 tree
1 roll - ribbon 4-6" wide
Ornaments of your choosing. I used:
Heart sticker, wooden "LOVE",
Embroidery thread or thin twine (or any string to convert to an ornament)
Styrofoam balls, variety pack (red, pink, white)
For the skirt: 1/4" of fabric
Needle and thread
pink pompoms
Scissors or pinking sheer
Glue gun, sticks.
Have fun with it!

I made this one as a "Galentine's Day" tree for a GF.

Wow! WOW! W O W!!
Thank you friendmers for a wonderful end of the year blessing! A lot of you stopped by to say, "Hello" and "Happy Holidays" and to give hugs, treats and of course, to buy a tee or jewelry! I'm just so glad we all have this connection, even if you didn't purchase this time. I truly feel I have a connection with all my friends+customers= friendmers!
