Went for a โwalkโ today in my yard ๐ needless to say I got my workout in cutting the grass. Donโt take your yard work for granted! You are burning more fuel than you may think!
Made a few different varieties of banana bread yesterday and some coconut shrimp curry soup and a kale salad for lunch.
Banana bread variations:
-regular walnuts and dark chocolate chips
-Salted peanut butter and cafe mocha (12g protein/ piece!)
Got in an awesome workout this morning with Erin Mathers and then refueling with some delicious Turkish tacos and a kale nourish bowl.

In case you havenโt noticed itโs HOT OUTSIDE!!! For most of us, drinks provide about 70-80% of our daily fluid intake, and the remaining 20-30% comes from foods such as soup, stews, some fruits, and vegetables, which contain a lot of water.
An adult male typically requires about 2 litres, and a female about 1.6 litres of fluid daily.
Tip of the day: drink plenty of water, add fruits to change up the flavor and keep you fully hydrated! Your cells and body will thank you!

Last nights dinner was so yummy! Cauliflower bowls with ginger lime peanut sauce and kale salad with tuna steak topped w/ kimchi.
