Low blood sugar can cause anxiety or worsen anxiety you already have. If this is a pattern you're noticing, eat more frequently to keep your blood sugar stable. Try a protein and a complex carbohydrate so you don't crash hard later. You can also try protein and fat.

See your doctor about a glucose tolerance test if symptoms persist.

I noticed yesterday my shoulders hurt when I use a stapler too much at work. I highly doubt there are YouTube videos on the subject. Maybe I'm just weak or I need to have the stapler closer to me when I use it.

I did it! I joined . It's a challenge to write 50,000 words in the month of November.

I didn't think I would participate this year. I'll be covering my fitness and nutrition journey as well as cover things I want to learn.

I skipped working out today and slept in because a friend stayed over late last night (late for me lol). I used to make sure I got up every 20 minutes. Whoohoo!

I made lentil soup over the weekend and started watching ! So funny! I had a great workout this morning with weights and I even got training hunger. I'm surprised how much I missed training hunger!

I've been working on hip mobility. To do that, get in the 90/90 stretch and lift the ankle of your back leg off the ground as high as you can while keeping the knee on the ground. Hold for 30 seconds. Then switch legs. The tougher one is lifting the front ankle!

I played on Sunday and I'm still sore! I tried the workouts too. They were boring. It aggravated my shoulder too. Not for me!

I doubled what I made for dinner so I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. There's a baked potato in the oven. I'm too hungry to wait! What's your favorite dinner to have as leftovers the next day?

Behold! The Iron Master Super Bench! My feet touch the floor even though it's 20 inches (50.8cm) tall. My husband is 6'5" (77cm) so we had to make sure it fits him. Just barely!

I want to go and for a month as an experiment. Part elimination diet and partly to love my liver more. I'm so scared as everything I bring to work to eat has either whole wheat or dairy.

Steaming eggs is so much easier than boiling them. No overcooking. No ice.

Just boil water, add eggs to the basket, and set a timer for 11 minutes. Bam! Eggs for the week!

I usually eat two per day on weekdays and like to make extra just in case I need a quick snack.

Recovering from shoulder impingement is a long road. When lifting weights, I'm at 7.5 pounds per hand right now - a far cry from doing Bulgarian split squats with 30 pounds per hand. I'll get there and I'll share it all with you.

The food I eat before dinner is boring me! Peanut butter sandwiches, an apple, eggs, string cheese and crackers (crackers not pictured) & 3 cups of veggies. I definitely need to eat a more diverse diet!

After seeing my doctor about my injured shoulder, I was put on restriction to only lift 1-2 pounds with that arm. I took the week off of math to rest and not be at a desk more than I had to.

I'll be back at math next week after a sabbatical weekend. Cheers!
