If you are looking to sell and then buy again local, my advice is not to sell. Yes you will make at or above asking price, but on the buying end you will lose or break even. If a realtor tells you otherwise, they are looking out for their own interest.

Sold!!! This took patience from the seller to wait for the right buyer and once that happened we got the deal done. The lender, insurance agent and I worked behind the scenes to make it happen. The seller is happy and buyer got her house with a 1/2 acre.
