Please remember to bring an extra coat, sweatshirt or jacket to donate, and read below to learn more about the Eddy House and the great work they do! With more than 3,500 homeless youth in Reno, Eddy House holds the vision of ending youth homelessness in Northern Nevada by providing services in Downtown Reno for homeless, runaway, foster, and other at-risk youth. Through the use of their youth resource center, young people in need can access basic resources such as food, clothing, hygiene items, and a safe secure place to hang out Monday through Friday 10am-5pm. They also offer an extensive list of additional services such as showers, education opportunities, employment assistance, free wi-fi, psycho-social education, free tutoring, childcare referrals and more.
