Y'know what? This is exactly why I write these silly books--because to at least some of the people reading them, they're not silly at all. I'm blessed to see that children like Vera and Luna are enjoying the Penojes stories as much as I did growing up!

📚'The Elementals' by Abby Lattanzio (YA fantasy for fans of 'Avatar, the Last Airbender' & 'The Well of Ascension' by Brandon Sanderson) Abby's latest book comes out in mid-April and we will be carrying that on our shelves as well!

✨ 'When Death is Coming' by Jen Woodrum (YA dystopia for fans of 'Hunger Games' & 'Divergent') We are the pre-order location for the sequel to 'When Death is Coming' -- 'When Death is Watching'!

📚 'Singlets and Secrets' by Joe Chianakas (Karate Kid... but make it gay!) Joe was recently featured in over 200 newspapers across the country and we're excited to see where his writing journey takes him next.

✨ 'Casually Homicidal' by Olivia J. Bennett (YA Suspense-Thriller, a road trip book perfect for when you're aching for adventure). Olivia is currently working on their new fantasy book!

📚 Although not pictured (currently sold out!) Joel Shoemaker's 'Bacon Grief' continues to be popular with our LGBTQ+ romance crowd - and we're working with Joel on a pre-order campaign for his new picture book (details TBA).
