Kelsey Frank - Genoa Christian Academy (Westerville, OH)

"Kelsey is an amazing individual. In the 5 years that I've known her she's never worried about how much playing time she got or making the varsity team. She played in such a way to honor Christ and to point others to Jesus. Kelsey put her teammates before herself and could always be found cheering them on. She would also show up to other teams' games in the lion costume and cheer on her teammates and entertain the young kids in the crowd. Kelsey also played the violin for the worship team and led a middle school girls' Bible study. She is selfless and is a God-honoring student-athlete and it is my pleasure to nominate Kelsey Frank as GCA's servant-leader!"

The NCSAA Servant-Leadership Award is presented to senior athletes from our member schools who exemplified leadership by serving their teammates and opponents, displaying Christlike character in their competition, and interacting with others with a deep commitment to building them up. Thank you for leading and serving, Kelsey, and for being dedicated to demonstrating Christ's sacrificial love.
