Sometimes a rerun brings comfort.
Sometimes it triggers nightmares.
Let’s shut this one down.
Sometimes a rerun brings comfort. This one, nightmares.
Let’s listen to the warning this time!
Republicans who have made law & government their professions are urging a vote for Harris in the name of country & democracy.
More than 200 Bush, McCain, Romney alums endorse Harris for president, criticize Trump More than 200 former aides of Bush, McCain and Romney said a second Trump president is "simply untenable" as they pledged support for Kamala Harris.

A Woman in the White House.
We are here for that.
Now, ALL boots on the ground to get this woman elected!!!
You hear me???
Thoughts on Roe v. Wade by Megan Park
I've been vocally pro-choice my whole life. I have had more than 1 abortion and nearly every cis, straight woman I know has had 1 too. I have marched on capitols, petitioned congress, called my senators, volunteered for Planned Parenthood, campaigned for pro-choice candidates, donated money to pro-choice organizations, VOTED...
After dedicating 4 years of my life to getting progressive, pro-choice women elected to office, I went dark. After the 2020 election, I stepped back, reassessed my life and realized I could not contribute to the noise of media anymore. Especially social media; it is toxic in here. Even though I firmly, truly believe the media I was making was good and beneficial, to someone else, it was just noise.
I cannot stay silent tonight. If you voted for Trump, I blame you for this. I blame you for rolling back the rights of more than 50% of the population by 50 years. I blame you for making the world less safe for everyone. I blame you for choosing to honor the 8-10-14-20 week life of a fetus over the life of the person carrying that fetus (it's a fetus, not a baby--look it up). I blame you for bastardizing the importance of the 2nd amendment over the lives of school children getting mowed down with semi-automatic weapons. Your "good guy with a gun" theory was shot to hell.
If you voted for Trump a second time, you are reprehensible to me. If you believe whatever is going on in your life is more important than ANY OTHER LIVES, I have no time or understanding for you. Your lack of compassion, empathy, outlook, forethought, and care about the consequences of your actions goes beyond reproach. If you still think this is a funny farce, quite the lark, you are wrong. If you can't see that the path we are currently on ends with more blood in the streets, you haven't been paying attention.
You are racist. You are a misogynist. I have nothing for you but a string of swear words that begin with the letter F.
The Supreme Court is going to continue to roll back rights. Everything is fair game. Brown vs the Board of Ed, Loving vs. Virginia, Obergefell v. Hodges, let's keep going, shall we? Is this funny?
THIS IS YOUR FAULT.
You deserve the karmic hell that is coming your way. There are more of us than there are of you. You will not win.
If you voted for Trump, do NOT respond to this message. I don't want to hear anything you have to say. Your words mean nothing to me.
It’s a new day in St. Louis, and Black women are leading the way. Congratulations, Mayor Tishaura Jones.
Let’s get to work.

Opinion | Megan Rapinoe: Bills to ban transgender kids from sports try to solve a problem that doesn’t exist I know the real threats to women’s and girl’s sports. They are lack of funding, resources and media coverage; sexual harassment; and unequal pay.

Law enforcement officers keep arresting Black women elected officials | The 19th The imagery of Georgia Rep. Park Cannon being dragged away this week at the state Capitol follows several arrests in recent years involving elected Black women. Black women on the receiving end say it’s an effort to silence their growing political power.
From passage of the voter suppression bill targeted at Black and brown voters to the arrest of a Black legislator who was advocating for the voting rights of her constituents, today was a reminder of Georgia’s dark past. We must fight for the future of our democracy
