Now for my personal good news which I took soo long to share.
I provided private tutoring for 5 SEA Children

One of them has been with me for three years. WHEN SHE CAME , SHE COULD NOT READ. I am proud to announce that she is on to her first choice school Penal Convent.

The Second, has been with me for 18 months and was promoted to standard five with a failing grade. THEY PREDICTED THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO RE-WRITE SEA. I am elated to say that she too will be attending her first choice school Penal Convent.

The third was a young man who wavered between C and F due to personal issues. He will be attending his second choice.

The fourth had issues with comprehension skills and Mathematics. She will be attending her second choice.

The fifth came to me in April 2015 (right after I had my son ) with an average of between 25-35% in both Math and English. She had a host of issues ranging from confidence to limited knowledge on the subject matter. She was able to make 70% in math and 75% in Grammar.

All I have to say is this, if you spend time with children, motivate them and work with them, you will see the returns on your investment.

This achievement, like all others, is dedicated to God. I would like to thank my Mother for training me to be almost as good as she is in the area of remedial education.

A heartfelt congratulations to ALL who wrote the SEA exams.

The Trinidadian midwife who helped deliver Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, is originally from South Trinidad, Point D’or in La Brea to be exact. The second Royal baby of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge was born on May 2nd at St. Mary’s Hospital in west London, making her fourth in line to the throne. Arona Ahmed (44) was one of two senior midwives, who assisted in the birth of the Princess on Saturday. She was also reportedly part of the handpicked team who helped deliver Prince George 21 months ago. Ahmed is said to be the daughter of Kenneth Mohammed, an evangelist of the Point Fortin Church of Christ in Point Fortin and wife Ena Mohammed. Ahmed at the age of 17, migrated to England to study Nursing where she began work at the North Middlesex Hospital in Central London working her way up to senior midwife. She and her superior, Jacqui Dunkly-Bent, who both delivered the Princess, were hailed as the ‘unsung heroines of the Royal birth’. Dunkly-Bent is a Professor of midwifery at Imperial College, Healthcare NHS Trust. The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton had a ‘meticulous’ birth plan and opted to be seen by Ahmed and Dunkly-Bent first before her doctors. Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge was named in homage to both sides of the Duke and Duchess’ families. ‘Charlotte’ is one of the oldest and most iconic names associated with the Royal family and is also the female equivalent of ‘Charles’, as in the Prince of Wales. ‘Elizabeth’ is the name of the sitting Queen, a name rooted in Royal history since the 16th and 17th century and ‘Diana’ is a tribute to Prince William’s late mother who was widely known as ‘the people’s Princess.’ The Royal family returned home to the Kensington Palace where the Dutchess and the Princess are said to be ‘doing well.’
