Very very ready for December over here🤗 We have a lot of citrus in the neighborhood, everyone has some to offer, so I put it to good use!
I made it a goal NOT to buy new decorations for the tree this year and just get creative with what I have on hand. Dehydrated oranges, mandarins, and Meyer lemons on twine, and some velvet ribbon scraps, callin it good!

I am excitedly packing up all of the weekend orders with love and shipping everything out today! Thank you to all who support this shop💗

This is part of my coffee corner at home - did you gasp because you can’t believe I am actively keeping plants alive? Or because of my eyesore countertops? Both are shocking in their own right😅 the countertops kill me because: they are dark - we have a house with low ceilings so I’m constantly trying to add bright elements to combat that. They are so heavily patterned (ok fine, BUSY, they are busy) that it’s sometimes impossible to see any kind of mess or crumbs you *thought* you wiped down until your husband unknowingly sets your leather purse down on some kind of incognito oil slick. A countertop/cabinet update is on the hopeful horizon, but I’m still thankful for what we have and in the meantime I make do with surprisingly happy plants and some vintage art to distract😁 PS plant food is from and has been a game changer as promised by

There are 2 things that drive most of my design clients to call me, and one of them is: Home Styling. They might have all the right stuff (or not - though I help with that too) but they don’t know how to put it all together. There’s a smiiiidge of science to it, but also a lot of arranging and re-arranging:)

The studio finally has a working, locking door. I keep doing a double take when I look out from the main house, this project is coming out even better than I had envisioned. Now “going to the office” is an absolute pleasure. Also it’s a no dog/no kid zone (probably why)...

A good friend recently suggested I make time for a day of rest in the week. Just one day where I chill. Today was not that day😅 there’s always tomorrow, er maybe the day after that?
