Last day of week 3:

Weigh in day and excited

4 days of exercises

Food intake at 90% (much better than last week)

Activities
swimming, gym, visiting whanau, moko sitting, school holiday program, meetings, fundraising and outings with my girls.

Tolerance level:
Examining my tolerance at a 90% the other 10% is for my peace sake lol.

There are many barriers and blockages that are in your paths and usually comes from your family. The rest will come from your work, community or whats up on facebook.
We have the power and will to unblock whatever is up in our lives and fill it up with you and the spontaneous you. Once you understand this is about me, you'll be surprised of your outcome.

Day 4

Massive struggles and simple mistakes but not enough to deter us from needing the change.

Speaking to my students who follow my journey, we talked about real struggles realreal people. Their stories are real and meaningful to them.

Their stories gave me encouragements to keep going.

The horse bred is many, if your in it for romance then youd choose an equastrian horse, if your in it for the quick fix, youd choose the race horse, but if your in it for the real journey, the long lag, the storm then jump on the stallion and wither the journey to freedom

Day 3

We are grateful that when talking to people and being honest about our journey, people are supportive.

I am so amazed at Ricky and how hes become so open. We are the type of people who dont like talking about our affairs but thats not so in this case.

This journey in weight loss has brought us out of the closet. That closet you hide in just to comfort, destress or past time boredom, then you come i to reality and realize that wasn't a good idea.

Our eating is on track, we are strong togather and thats a good thing. Walking our dog is so revitalizing. Theres so much of the world to appreciate.

You only live once, and its notabout living only once but enjoying it.

So lunch is over

But really people what we are loving is the food at hand, especially when your full on busy.
All we had to do is make a decision on what we wanted in our salad. Two 2s and it was made.

Sitting down together to eat was just exciting and important.

Still winning here whanau (family) and friends.

Its the beginning of our new journey. And its not even about the goal weight. Its more about the wero (challenge).

Assessing self and saying "WHAT THE HELL".

Our minds weakens from the many thoughts that controls the negatives to live in the most venerable part of the brain "Our emotions".

This journey is about rising up acknowledging that hurt and attachments and moving forward.

Time to acknowledge people we are winners.
