After completing my Reflexology training 10 years ago, I continued my learning with a specific pregnancy and pre-conception course as this is something I am passionate about.
Reflexology has been known to help women throughout their pregnancy, helping to keep them comfortable. In addition it is helpful with reducing labour time and it can help with inducing the birth if that is required.
It can also be a great treatment for helping women (and lets not forget the men...!) to become pregnant, even if it is proving difficult.
