I will be teaching a donation based yoga class on Saturday February 9th @ 9am at House of Yoga http://www.houseofyogawaterford.com/ all in aid of a great cause for this lovely boy Noah with all proceeds going to https://wishtowalk.ie/. The class is a mix of Vinyasa (flowing with the breath) and Hatha (exploring individual yoga poses) with a strong emphasis on alignment, the power of the breath and feeling good in your body, it is an all levels class, modifications are offered and beginners are welcome. Thank you to House of Yoga for providing the room for this class.
