Don't Force The Process. Flow!

Have you ever experienced losing the joy of something you once loved because of self-imposed pressure?

Do you feel that your mind's expectations take away the fun from activities you used to enjoy?

Does your mind often create attachments to future results, killing the beauty of the journey in the process?

If you answered YES to any of the above, you are not alone. I experienced that a thousand times! And most people I've coached experienced it too!

But why does our mind behave this way?

I believe my mind imposes pressure on me because it wants the best for me. It doesn't want me to fail; it wants me to succeed.

I believe my mind creates expectations to anticipate the future, reduce uncertainty, and help me make decisions. It's for my own good.

I believe my mind creates attachments to future results because it's ambitious and seeks security and a sense of control.

My mind is there for me, and in its own way, it's trying to help me.

But it isn't always helpful!

Self-imposed pressure also leads to stress, anxiety, and burnout. It hinders my productivity and well-being.

While expectations can be helpful at times, they can also lead to disappointment when reality doesn't align with my mental constructs. Additionally, they create a sense of inadequacy and dissatisfaction in my relationships.

As for attachment to future results, it prevents me from enjoying the present and limits my adaptability.

In summary, if I let these unhelpful behaviours run free, they kill the beauty and joy of life.

Do you have the same experience?

Now, let's get practical.

I have some good news and some not-so-good news for you.

The good news is that we can change this. Hooray!

The less good news is that it's not easy. It takes time, patience and persistence.

But no one said life was easy, right? Plus, easy can be boring. Isn't it? So, how about stretching our comfort zone, putting in some purposeful effort, and growing in the process?

Here's how we do it.

First, we need to study the self-sabotaging behaviours of our minds and challenge their limiting beliefs.

This is what I've just done by exploring why my mind behaves in a certain way and the unhelpful consequences of that behaviour.
Second, we create new empowering beliefs and stories. Here are a few examples:

"I prioritize the joy of the journey over the pressure of achieving specific outcomes. Each moment is an opportunity to learn and grow, and I savour the experience without being overly fixated on the end result."

"I let go of the idea of perfection. It's okay to make mistakes and encounter challenges along the way. These are valuable lessons that contribute to my personal growth. I am willing to fail because it's a stepping stone to success."

"I cultivate a growth mindset by approaching each activity with an eagerness to learn and improve. I understand that true mastery comes from continuous effort and learning from both successes and setbacks."

"I am authentic and genuine in my pursuits. I don't pretend to be successful or perfect to meet external expectations. I recognize that being true to myself and my passions is key to finding lasting fulfilment."

"I focus on the present moment and fully immerse myself in the activity I love. By doing so, I let go of worries about future results and enjoy the richness of the here and now. This presence enhances my overall experience."

Then, Once we've laid the groundwork of discrediting limiting beliefs and creating empowering ones, we patiently and persistently practice awareness, emotional intelligence, mindset reprogramming, and action.

AWARENESS - We catch our mind when it engages in old unhelpful behaviours (we catch ourselves in a negative emotion).

EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT - We stop, pause, and avoid reacting mindlessly to emotions. We observe what's happening with kindness, knowing it's an old, unhelpful thinking pattern we can let go of.

MINDSET REPROGRAMMING - We gently but firmly remind our minds of the new empowering perspective we've created and want to operate from.

ACTION - We make decisions and take purposeful actions from the new empowering mindset, no matter how small the step may be.
Simple. Not easy. And incredibly beneficial!

By going through this process patiently and persistently, our subconscious mind will inevitably absorb the new empowering mindset and start operating from it.

In return, you get to think better, feel better, and act better.

You get to feel more confident, at peace and connected.

Is it worth the hassle?

That's up to you and how much you value living a joyful life ;)

You can make up your mind later. For now, let me ask you...

Where in your life are you struggling to enjoy the journey because of attachment to results? Where does self-imposed pressure prevent you from having fun in the process?

What if letting go of this pressure allows your true self to blossom?

And what if that vibrant, free, and authentic version of you, rather than trying to force the process, naturally achieves results by gently flowing and playing with life?

If you believe it, you can make it happen.

Are you willing to give it a try?

Love,
Simone

BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE with this empowering exercise!

If you're genuinely committed to feeling more confident, I've got something for you. Often, what lowers our confidence is the fear of being judged or rejected. But guess what? We can train ourselves to embrace these fears!

Think of it like training a muscle. The more we get accustomed to judgment, criticism, or rejection, the more confident we become.

So, here's what you can do:
-Look for situations where you might get rejected.
-Step (slightly) outside of your comfort zone.
-Be open to the possibility of judgment or criticism.
-Practice acceptance and learn to be comfortable with it.

It's about befriending something that initially seem intimidating.

Because let's be honest, we'll always face judgments or criticism. It's part of everyday life, like cloudy days.

So, get comfy with it. You'll notice your confidence growing. And that feels good :)

Let me know how it goes! I'm curious.

Love,
Simone

Dear community,

Today, I'm excited to share an inspiring story of growth, self-discovery, and determination.

Meet Daniela, an extraordinary individual I had the privilege to coach over the past year. Our journey together has been a testament to Daniela's dedication and courage, illuminating the path to her deepest desires.

At the start, Daniela faced a duality. On the one hand, she navigated the complexities of a romantic relationship. However, the initial excitement was soon overshadowed by challenges as she fought with triggers and mind chatter that frustrated her. On the other hand, Daniela held a captivating vision of a different life—one by the sea, enjoying the warmth of nature's embrace. Yet, she felt scared, allowing external factors to hold her back from embracing her true potential.

Through our collaborative efforts, Daniela unleashed the strength within her to take steps towards her aspirations. In the initial months, she found the courage to quit a relationship that no longer aligned with her growth. The following months witnessed even more changes—she not only bid farewell to her job but bravely stepped into the world of freelancing and coaching. In just a few weeks, she will move to the coastal town of Tarifa, her dream destination.

Daniela's transformation went beyond external shifts; it was a profound internal change. She dismantled self-imposed limitations and self-doubt, empowering herself to envision a life of joy, fulfilment, and purpose. Through introspection and the application of powerful tools and techniques, Daniela began creating her life like an artist crafting her masterpiece.

Reflecting on her journey, Daniela shared, "Together with Simone, I created a vision of my ideal life: I am happy on my own, and I feel fulfilled and in love with myself. I know who I am, where I am going, and I am full of energy. I can manifest my dreams, and by that, I inspire people." Daniela's new clarity and empowerment ignited a transformation that rippled through every facet of her life.

Daniela's lessons from this journey can provide valuable wisdom for everyone. By knowing ourselves deeply, embracing our dreams, and authentically communicating our desires, we pave the way for genuine connection and love. She discovered that a new mindset—where she's the creator of her life—leads to unlimited possibilities and opportunities for growth.

So, to all those seeking their own path of transformation, I invite you to fully commit to your inner journey. Allow Daniela's story to ignite the fire within you, to inspire you to look inward, and to chase your dreams with strong determination.

As Daniela shared, "Anyone willing to level up their life, increase their consciousness, and take steps towards their favoured life should go for this transformative experience."

Together, we can awaken your potential, create your destiny, and turn your dreams into meaningful realities.

Love,
Simone

Did you experience any SURPRISES during the coaching process?

I posed this question to Daniela Bucher after our year-long collaboration. Here's what she had to say:

"It's so inspiring to have someone who challenges you on a regular basis, who helps you to reflect and get out of your comfort zone, to think bigger. I was surprised by how easy it is to visualise and grow when you have someone on your side with this expanding mindset supporting you to think bigger and believe in yourself, knowing that you have the resources and help you to activate them. Knowing that there is more and having tools to support you. It speeds things up. It speeds up the journey towards your goals, your vision, and your mission."

Absolutely beautifully articulated, Daniela.

Having a coach is like having a supportive partner who believes in you, helps you overcome obstacles, and encourages you to dream big, making your journey towards your desired life faster and more fulfilling.

Thank you for allowing me to be that person for you.

Curious to learn how Daniela transformed her life in under a year? Stay tuned, as I'll share her remarkable success story soon!

Powerful Lessons From My First Months as a Dad - LESSON #3: Simplicity

Have you realised that things are almost always more complicated in our minds than in reality?

Let me put it another way.

For most of us, life is almost always simpler than our minds think. Life is safer and more straightforward than our thoughts tell us.

This is my experience. Is it yours, too?

During pregnancy, my mind worried about what was coming after birth. My mind worried about me being able to care adequately for the baby. My mind worried about finding a balance between work, personal life, and baby care. My mind worried about the sleepless nights to come that would make me feel tired and low in energy. And my mind worried about a number of other things I spare you from :)

I am purposefully saying 'my mind worried' rather than 'I worried' because while my mind was busy being concerned and anxious about the future, my heart was at peace, if you get what I am saying.

Deep down, my soul/spirit/inner being (whatever you want to call it) knew that everything would be alright, that I was going to do fine, and that there was nothing to worry about because I had the attitude and tools to deal with whatever was coming in my way.

Fast forward a few months, and guess who was right???

Of course, my heart!

Unsurprisingly, it turned out that being a father is demanding (very demanding!) but also more straightforward than my mind thought. In my experience since birth, as things unfolded, my wife and I have naturally adapted to the changing situation. I found caring for the baby intuitive and even fun! (As a boy, I've never got to play with dolls, so now it's my turn.) The sleepless nights were just a few and then disappeared. And the work-life balance, possibly the biggest challenge for us since we don't have family nearby for support, is a work in progress but not nearly as bad as my mind thought.

Plus, what my mind could not anticipate was the emotional state I was about to enter (and stay in it) after the birth: a state full of love, tenderness, and dedication that really helps to face challenges with a smile :)

Why am I sharing all this?

You might have had a completely different experience when you became a parent, or you are not yet a parent at all. This is not the point.

The point is that life is almost always simpler than your mind thinks. And worrying about what could happen for days or weeks is a useless drainer of your energy and mood.

I am not suggesting ignoring your worries or any unpleasant emotion you feel. That is counterproductive. What I suggest is that unpleasant emotions, similar to pain, are only helpful for a moment to alert you of something. So you can analyse the situation and decide if there is something you can and want to do.

But staying in a state of worry is not beneficial at the least and detrimental at its worst. In this state, you will mainly focus on the problems, your headspace and creativity will be limited, and you will be unable to find the best solution to your challenges.

Like the Dalai Lama says: 'If you can do something about a situation, why worry? And if you can't do something about a situation, why worry?'

So I invite you to pick something your mind is worried about. Something that is currently weighing on your mind. Something that is currently causing you concern.

And then take a moment to ask yourself...
What could I do to prevent my mind's worries from becoming a reality? How can I decrease the likelihood of this happening? (be stoic, focus on what is under your control)
What is the best that can happen? What is the best possible outcome? What amazing things could occur if everything goes well?

Be realistic and optimistic at the same time ;)

Your mind takes care of thinking about the worst-case scenario by default. Automatically. So, it's only fair to proactively create the best-case scenario and genuinely believe it can happen...
Yes, this is the moment to pause the reading, take pen and paper, and create the best-case scenario. Don't skip this step. I promise you'll get value from this simple exercise...
Now guess what? The best-case scenario (full or partial) is probably what is going to happen!

By creating a best-case scenario, visualising it, writing it down, feeling it, and believing it's possible, you are manifesting and raising the chances for it to happen.

And if it doesn't happen, you can do something about it later. At least you have lived in peace in the meantime ;)

I'm curious - what is your mind most worried about?

Feel free to open up. I am here for you.

Love,
Simone

Powerful Lessons From My First Months as a Dad - LESSON #2: Prioritisation

Imagine suddenly finding yourself with only half the time you currently have.

Just like that, half of your waking hours vanish into thin air. To make it feel more tangible, envision your day concluding at 3pm, with the rest of the day gone.

How would this alter your life? What would you eliminate from your daily routine? What would you hold onto? What changes would you make?

Before proceeding with the reading, take a moment to picture this scenario and reflect upon these questions.

Even if you're a parent and know where I am going, I encourage you to do the same. Pause, slow down, let your mind wander into this realm and ask yourself:

How would my life transform if half of my time vanished? What would I remove from my life? What would I preserve? What would I change?

Done? Great, let's continue!

I asked you to imagine this scenario because it mirrors my experience following the birth of my baby. And let me tell you, it was an eye-opening revelation!

Most of us (myself included) lead restless lives. We often perceive "busyness" as a virtue, filling every available moment with activities and obligations. This habit emerges from countless daily decisions, many of which are emotionally driven, lacking careful consideration of what truly serves our long-term well-being and aligns with our core values.

The majority of us reach a point where we become addicted to this perpetual state of busyness. Our days are brimming with tasks, commitments, and plans, leaving little room for spontaneity or leisure.

When we do stumble upon some free time due to a cancelled appointment or completing a task ahead of schedule, our immediate impulse is to decide how to fill that time and which item to tackle next on our endless to-do list.

Perhaps this isn't your personal experience, but it certainly reflects mine and the experiences of many others you may know.

So, what occurs when someone leading a hectic life suddenly loses half of their waking hours?

They freak out!
..and only after freaking out a little more might they start reflecting and making changes to their lives. They have no options. Adjusting or dying.

My own adjustment is still a work in progress, but I can tell you this: being forced to reduce or eliminate certain elements from my life made me realise that I was devoting time, energy, and money to things that did not significantly contribute to my well-being and overall satisfaction.

I am talking about social media, watching Netflix, excessive exercise, excessive cleaning & laundry, following up with potential clients, reading newsletters, following the news, maintaining connections with individuals I only meet once or twice a year and have no deep relationships with, and so on. These are just a few examples.

If your mind has slipped into judgment mode regarding the activities I chose to cut back on or remove, I urge you to snap out of it. It matters little whether you agree with me or not. The point here is to identify those activities, people, habits, and so forth that you are investing in but that do not HIGHLY contribute to your well-being and contentment.

And when I say "HIGHLY", I emphasise that ONLY by focusing on what HIGHLY contributes to your well-being and contentment, you can create a more joyful and peaceful you. Anything else merely distracts you and keeps you away from what genuinely fulfils you (which, at times, may be as simple as reclining with your eyes closed, headphones on, and immersing yourself in your favourite tunes while allowing emotions to flow).

I am no guru in this regard. I, too, am in the trap. Or at least, I was, but I'm now trying my best to gradually free myself from its grip, partly thanks to the arrival of my baby.

The good thing is that you don't need to have a baby to examine your life and thoroughly analyse where your time and energy are spent. You can begin decluttering your life right now. The rewards are immeasurable:

- Decreased stress and anxiety
- Enhanced focus and concentration
- More time for self-care and relaxation
- Higher contentment and satisfaction

So, one last time, which activities, people, habits, and possessions can you say no to so that you may say yes to yourself more frequently?

Drop me a line. I'd love to hear from you!

Love. Simone

🌟 Celebrating a Success Story 🌟

Meet Guillermo Alvarez de Eulate Recalde, an incredible source of inspiration!

When Guillermo embarked on his coaching journey with me a year ago, he faced significant life challenges. He struggled with assigning proper importance to things, constantly pushing himself and feeling down for not being able to do it all. Moreover, he had trouble fully savouring the beautiful moments life had to offer.

However, Guillermo was determined to embrace life, effortlessly flow with it, and cherish every precious moment in the present!

And guess what? His progress has been truly remarkable!

Fast forward a year, and he now has a profound understanding of himself like never before. He prioritizes the truly important aspects of his life. He consciously seeks joy and finds fulfilment in every experience. He is kinder to himself, letting go of the burden of excessive self-demand. By adopting a more carefree and easygoing attitude, he has become less premeditated and controlling. Additionally, he has learned the power of letting go, allowing him not to dwell on what happens to him.

Guillermo has genuinely blossomed!

So, how did he achieve this transformation?

Through our sessions, Guillermo discovered and challenged his limiting beliefs, recognizing his ability to detect and change them. He was taken aback by the intensity of his self-criticism, and unearthing this hidden aspect of himself became a powerful realization that fueled his growth.

He developed remarkable open-mindedness, expanding his horizons and embracing new perspectives. He practised aligning his decisions with his core values, making life smoother and enhancing his overall well-being.

Among the tools he found most valuable were meditation, the gratitude journal, and self-discovery through personality frameworks. These practices gave him clarity, mindfulness, and self-awareness, which played a vital role in his personal growth.

And here is the most valuable lesson Guillermo has learned through this process: "No pasa nada." Meaning... It's all okay. Regardless of how he approaches things, it's all okay. He can stop stressing about the rest by focusing on the vital 20% of his life that truly matters.

Guillermo highly recommends this life-changing experience to open-minded, curious individuals eager to work on themselves. In his words: "If you acknowledge your challenges and difficulties, if you're ready to understand yourself deeply, and if you genuinely strive for improvement, then this is an opportunity you shouldn't miss!"

Let's join together in celebrating Guillermo's incredible transformation!

Powerful Lessons From My First Months as a Dad - LESSON #1: Flexibility

I've been through two crazy months and want to share my learnings with you!

My baby was born on April 25th, and it's been a wild ride ever since. I won't sugarcoat it; there were challenging moments. I felt overwhelmed, frustrated, scared, tired, and guilty.

But amidst the chaos, I also experienced a surge of love, joy, and gratitude!

So, today and in the coming weeks, I want to share the insights I gained from this intense period, hoping they'll benefit you too :)

Let's talk about flexibility.

Are you a fan of structure and routine, or prefer a more adaptable and open approach? Do you thrive on plans or embrace spontaneity?

Personally, I've always been a planner. I love organising my time and sticking to schedules. It gives me a sense of control and security, and I feel confident about accomplishing tasks.

Now, imagine it's Sunday morning, and you're excited about going to the beach for a fun-filled day. In your mind, you picture leaving early, beating the crowd, and enjoying the gentle morning sun. But as you're getting ready, your wife needs to feed the baby, and the little one gets fussy and cries in protest. So, you patiently wait for the feeding to finish. It takes around 30 minutes. Finally, your wife hands you the baby, and just as you're about to leave, the baby starts experiencing painful colic and cries inconsolably. You try various techniques to ease the discomfort, like changing positions and massaging the abdomen. During this process, the baby has a massive diaper blowout, and you need to change her. An hour has passed since your planned departure time, and your wife is now starving. Remembering the importance of not keeping a breastfeeding woman hungry :) you agree to prepare some food. Eventually, you have breakfast, tidy up, feed the baby once more, and finally head to the beach over two hours later than planned. By the time you arrive, the beach is crowded, and the sun is scorching.

Now, there are at least two ways to approach this experience. You can either feel stressed and frustrated by the delays, constantly checking the time, or you can accept the detours with peace, enjoying the unexpected moments and caring for your family with love.

Guess which way I initially reacted?

Yep, the stressed and frustrated way! And let me tell you, it didn't make me feel good at all!

Sure, arriving a couple of hours later at the beach isn't the end of the world. But when you're in the thick of it, a mind that craves order, structure, and predictability can make you feel impatient and discouraged.

After experiencing a few similar episodes, I realised my life had changed. The baby brought a wave of uncertainty and unpredictability, and I didn't want to be constantly stressed and frustrated by it.

So, I consciously started shifting my attitude and mindset toward greater flexibility. I made a commitment to face whatever happens with a smile, staying open to new possibilities and adapting to my new world instead of trying to control it.

I even created a daily mantra to help me embrace a more spontaneous way of life:

"I don't fight, I flow."

Of course, I still make plans, but now I don't tie my happiness to specific outcomes. I'm willing to change my plans at any moment.

I'm a work in progress, but I can confidently say that shifting my attitude has led to the following:

- Less stress: By reducing the need for control and expecting things to deviate from plans.

- Increased adaptability: I've become better at handling life's ups and downs.

- Enhanced creativity: Letting go of fixating on specific outcomes has opened my mind to new approaches.

- Greater contentment: Embracing flexibility allows me to focus less on the future and enjoy the present moment.

I'm far from perfect, and grateful for the learning opportunity my baby has brought into my life. We're growing together :)

This brings me to a reflection I invite you to ponder upon and answer honestly...

Where in your life is your mind trying so hard to control the outcome that it prevents you from enjoying the present? How does rigidity hinder your ability to be playful, smile, and embrace life?

Write to me—I'd love to read your thoughts.

Love. Simone.

Before I inspire you with two empowering stories, allow me to briefly share the reason why I disappeared for two months:

I had a baby :)

Her name is Gioia. She is healthy, cute and stole my heart!

I'll tell you more about the experience of becoming a father and what I learned from it soon, but today I want to share with you the stories of two powerful women. Women I had, and still have, the honour to accompany in their life journeys. Women that I am grateful to have crossed roads with. Women that are beautiful sources of inspiration.

Here goes the first one.

Once upon a time :) there was a young woman named Caitlin who felt lost and unsure about her future. She didn't have a clear sense of direction and struggled to find her way. Despite feeling uncomfortable and uncertain, Caitlin knew deep down that she was meant for more.

So, she decided to embark on a journey of deep inner work. Over two years, Caitlin dedicated herself to developing a better understanding of herself, her values, and her purpose in life.

It wasn't an easy journey, but Caitlin persevered. She faced her fears head-on, confronted her insecurities, and worked tirelessly to build self-confidence and emotional stability. She learned how to be comfortable with herself and accept who she was, flaws and all.

Through this process, Caitlin began to discover her true identity. She learned that external things like other people, places, or jobs didn't define her. Instead, she found that her identity came from within.

One of the biggest challenges Caitlin faced was feeling alone and disconnected from others. But as she continued to grow and develop, she learned how to deepen her relationships with both herself and those around her. She became a better listener and communicator and built strong, meaningful connections with others.

Caitlin eventually settled into a job, relationship, and life that aligned perfectly with her values and purpose. In fact, she happily married the man from whom she had once considered running away. She realized that the disconnection with herself had been causing her to feel unsure about their relationship. But through her growth journey, she deepened her relationship with herself and her partner, ultimately leading to a beautiful marriage and the birth of a precious baby :)

Looking back on her journey, Caitlin is proud of cultivating self-love and self-confidence, learning to be a better listener, and setting herself on a path towards a fulfilling and purposeful life. And while there might be many challenges ahead, she knows she is now ready for anything life throws at her.

Now meet Mahtab.

Mahtab's journey was a challenging one. At first glance, everything seemed fine on the outside, but on the inside, there was chaos. She was not true to herself and was constantly betraying herself through her decisions. She knew that this was not sustainable and that something had to change.

One of the biggest challenges Mahtab faced was relationships, particularly with herself. She learned to talk to her inner critic compassionately, reframe rejection, and let go of assumptions and judgments. She took the focus off people and saw them as imperfect human beings who are escaping from suffering. This transformed her relationships with herself and others.

Mahtab discovered that the more self-compassion she had, the more compassion she had for others. She also realized she was the constant in her relationships and always tried to please others. It came to a point where she had to choose between herself and her partner, and she chose herself. This decision led to her feeling more at peace with herself and dreaming big again.

She learned that life has its way of showing things and that she had to trust it. She also discovered that fear is the other side of the coin from excitement and that starting small and building upon it is the key to success. She realized that she didn't need to surrender to her subconscious and that she could slow down and choose not to believe it.

Mahtab took several actions to help her on her journey, such as meditating, doing forgiveness exercises, observing her emotions, and writing letters to shame and fear. She also began to focus on collaboration instead of competition and asking questions. She wrote daily affirmations and journals, which helped her to accept herself the way she is.

The biggest takeaway from Mahtab's journey was to be open and try her best without expecting a specific result. She learned to be compassionate towards herself and others, and this has led to an improvement in her relationships and a better understanding of herself. She believes that only by exploring the hidden parts of ourselves we can reach our full potential.

---

Caitlin and Mahtab's stories are fantastic evidence that no matter where you are in life or the difficulties and challenges you face right now, you can get through it. You can face any obstacle and come out of it wiser, stronger and more powerful.

You can become the person that you want to be. Full stop. No 'but' or 'what if'. This is the reality I invite you to accept and believe. You can create your dream life and live with peace, love and joy.

Yes, growth requires dedication. Yes, growth requires patience and persistence. Yes, change often hurts. And it's totally worth it. And you have got this. And you don't have to go on this journey alone.

In the spirit of that, Caitlin and Mahtab are part of UNSTOPPABLE, an intimate group coaching program I have been running for the last couple of years. UNSTOPPABLE is a safe space where open-minded people committed to their personal development connect every two weeks to be vulnerable, feel inspired and grow. Together, we overcome fears, cultivate self-love, get clarity about what we truly want from life and take action with confidence towards becoming the best version of ourselves. And if this sounds like something you'd love to be part of, reach out. There are three spaces available for the next edition, starting on June 20th.

But whether you join our small family or not, remember, no one can stop you. You are unstoppable! Follow your heart, and never give up. Your dreams are an infinite source of energy within you. Focus on becoming a self-expert, transforming what is holding you back, allowing yourself to believe your dreams will come true and keep taking action.

Like my dearest meditation master repeated a thousand times, "With patience and persistence, you are bound to be successful."

Love. Simone
