About us
Kers is a woodworking company based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The company was started by Kers Veltkamp, a (then) 25 year old History student. Whilst trying to focus on his study, Kers' love for tools and old woodworking machinery started to grow and before he knew it, his all time hobby demanded all of his time and Kers decided to take his chances and fully dedicate himself to woodworking. Just before the start of 2018, Kers decided to quit his study and start a professional business in doing what he loves in a small, Amsterdam attic.
