When harvesting rongoā rākau...
If the rākau is not talking to us & guiding us... or if the rākau is talking to us & we don't know or understand what the rākau is saying to us... then these are clear signs that we have not done enough hononga & wānanga with the rākau yet.
The rākau has all of the answers. It's up to us to be patient, humble ourselves & listen to the wisdom of the rākau for as long as it takes...
Whether that be 5 months, 5 years, 5 decades, or 5 lifetimes.
It's also easy to misinterpret tohu & create false narratives when we haven't committed to taking the time to hononga & wānanga with the rākau.
Slowing down to connect properly & authentically helps us to understand the mana, mauri & tapu of the rākau.
This process will teach us the core essence of kaitiakitanga & manaakitanga for our rongoā.
And it will help us attune to the needs of the rākau & the ngahere before helping ourselves.
Harvesting is a privilege & an honour. NOT an entitlement.
When we have done our deep inner transformational work to connect from a place of honour, reverence, gratitude & respect, then we don't need to ask others for guidance.
We will see, hear, feel & understand the answers internally within ourselves.

Coconut cream reconnects us with our Pacific Island whakapapa.
Cows milk & dairy products keeps us enslaved to an unhealthy foreign pākehā whakapapa which continually rapes, pillages & abuses the land, nature & animals for capital gain.
At any time we can choose to free ourselves from the enslavement & addiction to the mainstream dairy & meat industry, & return to our ancient ways of hunting, gathering & harvesting.
Even if we are harvesting from the supermarket, we are still harvesting, & we can always enter into the space with a much higher & more enlightened, conscious & connected perspective.
If we are harvesting from the supermarket, & we want to live authentically as kaitiaki & mana whenua, then we should be making it our priority to understand the whakapapa, mana, mauri & tapu of the kai that we purchase, & also the companies that we are supporting when we buy & consume their products.
We should also be embodying our ancient hononga, karakia & wānanga tikanga with the wāhi, the tūpuna, with IO & with all of the parties & spaces which were part of cultivating, harvesting & producing the products which we purchase for consumption.
A can of Ceres organic coconut cream (in a BPA free can) or coconut milk is $4.

We all have a CHOICE.
It all depends how mā, tika, pono & authentic we choose to be.

We humans are multidimensional & multifaceted beings.
The injuries, unwellness & challenges that we experience within our bodies, are a gateway to a hidden story, where the solutions to all of our problems are stored internally within our own cellular intelligence & cellular memory.
Injuries, unwellness & challenges show up:
- When we are not fully grounded & present
- When a transgression, trauma or accident has been experienced
- When we have not received the appropriate tools, support & knowledge to make healthier, safer & more enlightened choices
- When we have forgotten who we are, where we come from & why we are here
- When fragmented & polarised aspects of our multidimensional selves have become unharmonised, unbalanced & disconnected
- When our mana, mauri & tapu has been dishonoured & disrespected
Rongoaa Maaori is a highly advanced multidimensional healing system, which addresses not only the root cause of any imbalance, unwellness, disconnection & fragmentation... it also heals, harmonises & restores peace within the entire whakapapa lineage – past, future & present.
A fully trained KaiRongoaa is a highly skilled practitioner who can:
- Tap into pure divine sources of infinite potential
- Attune to the needs of anyone who comes to them for healing, support & guidance
- Transcend, transform & transmute any physical, mental, emotional, energetic & spiritual blockages
- Restore peace, harmony & balance within the whole lineage
- Reset, recode & reprogramme the whole body to regenerate, remember, reconnect & heal
- Create healthy new narratives
- Navigate through dark, hidden spaces, & flood those spaces with divine Source light code & sound frequencies
- Provide tools, wisdom & guidance to empower whaanau to heal, transform, raise their vibrational frequency, & step into their highest timeline & potential

Number one rule of bodywork...if you are going to do stretches with someone while they are on the table, & it exposes any parts of their body which are vulnerable areas, practitioners have a responsibility to make sure that their clients are always properly COVERED UP.
Even if they are fully clothed or too hot for a blanket, putting a pareu or sheet over them to protect their mana, mauri & tapu is important.
Leaving someone's energy field open, exposed & vulnerable without their consent is NOT ok. It's an invasion of their privacy & tapu.
No private body parts should ever be exposed unless it is discussed & agreed with by BOTH parties first.
I've experienced this invasion of my tapu several times from people who haven't been trained properly & who don't understand restoration & preservation of mana, mauri & tapu.
For me it felt like abuse & was not ok. Hence why I am vigilant on kaupare, & keeping all aspects of my kiritaki feeling secure, covered up & safe.

When someone has unrealistic expectations, it's ok to tell them a few home truths to set them straight.
Especially when one of the expectations is for us to be aligned to Te Tiriti & Tikanga Māori.
Consultation takes time.
Connections take time.
Whakawhanaungatanga takes time.
Making sure that we follow Tikanga takes time.
Safe practice takes time.
Anyone who expects us to do all of this, plus learn the whole system, structure & procedures within 5 minutes is being unrealistic.
And they are not only creating huge risk & setting us up for failure. They are also projecting unnecessary burden & stress onto us.
If a person wants us to succeed in our mahi, they need to be realistic. And they need to understand that projecting unrealistic expectations & unnecessary burden onto us is unhealthy, & is NOT ok.
We are not here to be slaves. And it is well within our rights to assert & establish safe & healthy boundaries.

We know we have transcended a lesson when we see someone who abused us or ripped us off, & we feel nothing but neutrality.
Not good. Not bad. Just neutral.
It takes time for us to get to this place. But rest assured the lesson will continue to keep cycling back around again & again, each time revealing how much or how little we have progressed, until eventually we have transcended that person, that situation, & that lesson altogether.
When we are neutral, we are free 🔥

❤️ CPR INSTRUCTIONS FOR HEART ATTACK ❤️
Do you know what you would do if you are ALONE & have a heart attack????
A person who is feeling weak & whose heart is beating hard, only has about 10 seconds before losing consciousness.
Please take 2 minutes out of your life to read this life saving message...
Scenario:
- Let's say it's 5:25pm & you're driving home after a really long, hard day at work.
- You are feeling tired & frustrated. And all of a sudden you start to experience intense pain in your chest.
- The pain starts to radiate into your arm & jaw. And it feels like you are being repeatedly stabbed in the chest & heart.
- You are only a few kilometres away from the nearest hospital or home. But you don't know if you can drive there by yourself.
- Maybe you've completed emergency first aid & CPR training. But noone has ever taught you how to help yourself
Question:
How do you survive a heart attack when you're alone when it happens???
Answer:
Here's how cardiac arrest victims can stay alert & make it to the hospital for the right treatment.
1) If you are driving, pull over & put your hazard lights on
2) Take a deep breath in & then cough very strongly as you exhale
3) Keep repeating the deep breath in & exaggerated cough on each exhale
4) Remember to take DEEP breaths before every cough. And try to stay calm.
5) Once the coughing-breath method is stablised, then drive straight to the hospital slowly & carefully whilst continuing the coughing-breath method.
6) Coughing-breath method should be repeated continuously every second until you arrive at the hospital. Or until your heart starts to beat normally & the pain stops.
🫁 Deep breathing gives oxygen to your lungs
💓 Coughing boosts the heart & blood circulation.
💗 Heart pressure also helps to restore a normal heartbeat.
Cardiologists say that if someone gets this message & passes it on to 10 people, we can expect to save at least one life.
FOR WĀHINE:
Women have additional & different symptoms. And rarely have crushing chest pain or pain in the arms.
Instead there is often a feeling of having indigestion & tightness across the back at the bra line, plus sudden fatigue.

There are lot of powerful rongoā rākau which can help heal a wound.
But there are also many factors which need to be considered first.
As with any consultation process, factors such as diet, stress, preexisting medical conditions & pharmaceutical medications need to be considered first before deciding which rākau is best to work with.
There may also be a bigger picture going on such as how did the wound happen?
Is there any tapu broken that needs to be corrected?
Is there any ancestral hara in the lineage which needs to be considered?
Is there something that the person is not doing that they should be doing, eg. not following tikanga or practicing karakia.
Also nō hea a ia. Where does the person whakapapa to? And what rongoā feels most resonant to them & their tūpuna?
Rongoā not only heals the physical ailment. It restores harmony & balance on every level of our constitution - wairua, mauri, hinengaro, manawa & whakapapa - past, present & future.
Rongoā also helps us reconnect to parts of ourselves which are lost, hidden or forgotten, & out of balance.
Locating the source of the imbalance is a big part of the journey.
And if there is noone in the whānau with the wisdom, skills & experience to know how to assess the situation properly... then the next best step is to find someone that you trust who is.

Kaitiakitanga 101...
Taiao is our tuākana. Therefore, be respectful, patient & kind ❤️
I gave a little shot of kawakawa wai rākau to a work colleague yesterday.
She's on warfarin for a heart condition, & kawakawa is heart medicine, but the 2 need to be closely monitored because kawakawa is a blood thinner as well & can make the blood too thin.
The kawakawa wasn't concentrated enough to cause any issues. But hopefully it was enough to plant a seed for her to start thinking about natural & more magickal alternatives to warfarin.
When she talked about the warfarin she was really angry & calls it rat poison. She knows that it's toxic poison. But she said that if she doesn't take it, she will die & so she has no other choice.
I told her how a lot of kaumatua get hōhā with pharmaceuticals & end up taking themselves off & going back to our rongoā. But that it's safer to work with the doctor & keep getting a blood pressure check to keep a close watch on how small doses of kawakawa are interacting & harmonising with the warifin to find a happy median in keeping the blood regulated. And to slowly start reducing the warifin intake until it is as minimal as possible.
She said that her dad got hōhā with the warifin & took himself off. But he died. Which she was upset about because she doesn't want to keep taking it, but also doesn't want to die, so feels enslaved.
People do have a choice. But until they choose to claim their power back & take control of their own health, instead of handing it over to the doctors & pharmaceutical companies, there's not much anyone can do.
As an ancestral medicine, kawakawa has the potential to start breaking down all of those destructive narratives that are keeping anyone stuck in a cycle of enslavement & disempowerment.
Those of us who choose freedom, who take control of our own hauora, who have strong will, who know our bodies well, who are not afraid to experiment on ourselves, who have an internal gauge & radar to know when enough is enough, who believe/know/feel that our rongoā can heal us, & who are guided powerfully by IO & our tūpuna... will always find a way to make choices which not only give us our freedom & power back, but which also flood our mind, body, heart soul, energy & spirit with divine Source code light.
Because the more Source light code that we can absorb & integrate into our whole being, the more enlightened & empowered we become.
When I checked on my workmate later on in the afternoon to see how she felt, she told me that she didn't drink the whole shot. And that she stopped after 3/4. Which is a great sign that the Rongoā has started interacting with her cells, that it is awakening her internal ahi & intuition, & that it is having a positive effect all around.
She is sometimes very anxious, scattered, ungrounded & dismissive person. But she is also highly intellectual. And I could see that she is confused & trying to make sense of it all.
I assured her that one day, hopefully soon, there will be research which confirms that warifin & kawakawa can be used together harmoniously to help keep the blood regulated. And that the purification qualities of the kawakawa will offset the toxic qualities of the warifin, to help people feel stronger, lighter, freer, clearer & more empowered.
Maybe even empowered enough to come off the warifin altogether.
But good things take time, care & patience.
And people have a lot of trauma, intergenerational trauma, fear, anxiety & all kinds of negative emotions & energy blockages, which need to be healed slowly, mindfully & carefully one layer at a time.
Science is good. But it's not the be all & end all of everything. Because there is a point to where we have to surrender & stop giving power & control to our ego, & start handing over our faith & trust to a higher Divine plan.
Rongoā is a multidimensional natural ancestral medicine. And it interacts differently with everyone because everyone & their lineages have different hara, broken tapu, & energy blockages to heal. Which is why it is important to work with a kairongoā who has potentised their matakite & intuitive gifts, & can quickly see the root cause of the wound or issue that needs to be cleared.
It's not a one size fits all like pharmaceuticals.
Pharmaceuticals is like eating McDonald's. It's cheap, quick, easy, & fills the gap.
But it has no nutrients. Has poor ethics. Minimal sustainable practice. And also has bad side effects with long term consumption.
Whereas Rongoā is like fine dining at an elite 5 star organic, ethically sourced & sustainably produced gourmet restaurant.
It has an abundance of nutrients. It heals, restores, enlightens & does so much more than just fill gaps. It has powerful whakapapa & pūrākau all the way back to the beginning of creation. And it also radiates positive energy & light frequency beyond the person, out into their auric field to create a strong forcfield of light which helps keep themselves & the spaces that they travel into, fresh, pure, clean & clear.
And of course with long term consumption we can activate & potentise our higher intelligence, higher wisdom, higher divine purpose, & higher divine gifts. Just how pur tūpuna did.
I am seeing a rongoā workshop being developed to share by rongoā māori practitioners within the mainstream health system.
But obviously being the mainstream medical system we need more data, more case studies & more scientific evidence to showcase how magickal, potent & multidimensional our rongoā is.
People who have been programmed, brainwashed, disempowered by the system, & who are imbalanced & disconnected from their wairuatanga, need factual evidence in order to feel safe.
And the only way to help people feel safe is to have compassion, empathy, kindness, & to make a commitment to help bridge the gaps from a place of harmony & peace.
For Rongoā Māori to become imbedded into the mainstream health system, we need to work from the grass roots up. And to get buyin from the stakeholders at grasstoots level.
It's a BIG mission. And it's going to take time, care, focus, committment, devotion & patience.
But with IO, tūpuna, kaitiaki, & tohunga ahurewa on our side... & with powerful tools, resources & wisdom... all obstacles, challenges & blocks will be cleared out of the way peacefully, calmly & harmoniously, with compassion, empathy & grace.
It's time for the magick of kawakawa to start infiltrating, purifying, & blessing this space 💚

Creating space, holding space, & taking space are three very different functions of working within the matrix.
And when facilitating any kaupapa it can quickly become very messy & complex. Hence we need to be fully mastered in our multidimensionality to successfully navigate our way through the labyrinth of challenges & tests, which always come from working within any matrix.
Not only is it super important to be clear on these different functions, & to know, understand & decipher the difference... we must be able to navigate creating, holding & taking space within ourselves, at the same time as creating, holding & taking space for any kaupapa & for others all at the same time.
Then at any point when we are confronted with a challenge, we need to be able to quickly decipher which component(s) of our matrix are affected so that we can compartmentalise them.
If we don't compartmentalise the affected space(s), they can very easily & quickly cross over & become entangled.
And anyone who knows anything about entanglements, knows that they are very messy, time-consuming, energy consuming, & complex to deconstruct & unpack.
The key to working harmoniously within the matrix is to keep everything clean, tidy, fresh & clear.
That way when anything messy shows up, it is much easier, smoother & kinder to restore & sustain harmony, balance & peace 🌬💙💎

Did you know about WAI2575???
In 2019, The Waitangi Tribunal released a major report (WAI 2575) regarding breaches of te Tiriti within the health sector in relation to primary care, legislation, and health policy.
"This article explores the implications of this report for the New Zealand health sector and the decolonial transformation of health systems.
The tribunal found that the Crown has systematically contravened obligations under te Tiriti across the health sector.
We complement the tribunal’s findings, through critical analysis, to make five substantive recommendations:
(1) the adoption of Tiriti-compliant legislation and policy;
(2) recognition of extant Māori political authority (tino rangatiratanga);
(3) strengthening of accountability mechanisms;
(4) investment in Māori health; and
(5) embedding equity and anti-racism within the health sector.
These recommendations are critical for upholding te Tiriti obligations. We see these requirements as making significant contributions to decolonizing health systems and policy in Aotearoa and thereby contributing to aspirations for health equity as a transformative concept."

Our pūmanawa is the lower energy centre of our physical body where we process, release & also hold onto old & unhealthy emotions.
Emotional blockages can manifest internally within our bodies in many shapes & forms.
From skin conditions & allergies, to digestive problems, blood disorders, organ deficiencies & growths like cancer.
Tūturu romiromi practitioners are trained to release energy blockages within ALL energy centre's of our whatumanawa, manawa & pūmanawa. As well as harmonising & fortifying our taha tāne, taha wahine & taha wairua.
We know how to restore & rebalance the mana, mauri, tapu & whakapapa to a state of tau.
And we understand that the process of identifying & bringing restoration & resolution to the root cause can only take place through purification at every level - past, present & future.
Puku mirimiri is an important part of this process.
The body is a gateway & connection point to everything in the whole of creation.
Hence why Romiromi, Mirimiri & hands on bodywork is a vital aspect of Rongoā Māori.
It's important for whānau not to just allow anyone to practice Romiromi & Mirimiri on them.
The connection always starts ā Wairua & ā Mauri well before connecting ā Tinana.
The appropriate connections must be made first so that any mahi we receive is mā, tika & pono. And that it is in full alignment to where we are at & what we need in any given moment.
We should also keep in mind that as we heal, cleanse & transform, so will our needs.
Therefore, we may transcend working with a particular practitioner & start working with another practitioner who is more aligned to our needs in the present moment.
Sometimes we also need to level up in order to prepare ourselves to work with more advanced practitioners.
There is no one size fits all. And there is no one practitioner who rules over them all.
All of us have access to the same realm of infinite potential. And we each possess important & unique pieces to the puzzle.
It depends where & how we are guided to specialize & activate our own unique gifts & talents, so that we can help others access theirs as well.
We are each here on earth to heal our collective lineages & step into our highest divine truth & potential.

Su***de is linked to a blockage within the ENTIRE family lineage. Not just the person who is immediately affected.
The whānau member who is presenting symptoms of the hara & the mamae of that lineage is not crazy. And they are not here to be blamed, shamed, guilt tripped, outcast, looked down upon, nor labelled as sick.
They are light warriors who have accepted the challenge of working through this hara on behalf of the lineage. And they are here to teach the whānau, community & world about getting to the root cause of our intergenerational trauma, & healing it. Not sweeping it under the carpet nor trying to hide it away like it's a dirty secret.
Until the whānau accept this, start standing strong as a united front, & healing together... the cycle will keep continuing... & a mokopuna & future uri will keep coming back, & keep repeating the su***de cycle, until someone in the whakapapa is strong enough to come back, transmute the hara within themselves, & elevate the frequency of the entire lineage to a point where the higher learning can begin.
Whānau who attempt whakamomori are not sick. But blaming, shaming, guilt tripping, outcasting, looking down upon, & labelling others could be considered unwell behaviour.
Until people are willing to reflect on their own cycles of abuse, destruction, bullying & manipulation of the truth to make themselves look better & more superior than someone else, we will never be able to understand the real root cause of any issues or problems that we humans are confronted with... including whakamomori & mate whakamomori.
ALL of the world's lineages need healing. And there is no one lineage that is more superior than others.
Although there are teachings from various lineages which can help heal the world's intergenerational trauma.
We are ALL in this together. And we need to start working together to educate & raise awareness for those who are open, ready & willing to listen, learn & create a better world where people want to stay here & be present. Not check out to escape from the pain darkness & suffering.
It is this cycle of disconnection & "othering" to end.

Not all rongoā is the right rongoā for us. And not all rongoā practitioners are meant for us either.
There are many factors to consider....
💚 What rohe & whakapapa lineage does the rongoā & practitioner come from?
💚 What Kawa & Tikanga is used for harvesting & creating rongoā?
💚 What kind of karakia, takutaku, kaupare & waiata are being performed?
💚 What mahi whakawātea & mahi pure is being done?
💚 What level of maramatanga, kaitiakitanga & tohungatanga does the practitioner have?
💚 What level of connection do we feel when we connect with the rongoā?
At the end of the day, things like fancy labels & fancy titles mean nothing if the rongoā doesn't have the right vibrational frequency to access our cellular memory & activate our DNA codes.
Referrals can be good. But they can also lead us up the garden path as well.
The more mahi whakawātea & mahi pure that we do on ourselves, the more we will awaken our own inner sensory awareness & divine intelligence to see through all of the outer superficial layers, & decipher very quickly whether a particular rongoā, or rongoā practitioner is right for us or not.
We will keep receiving divine guidance until the right rongoā which is aligned to us is revealed.
