Easy Blueberry Pecan Crumble Slice - No dehydration. No fermentation. 💃

This dessert slice is a flavour pairing dream come true, frankly. To start out, we lay down a pecan oat crumble base. Next up is an easy vanilla cream to give some lightness to the slice, and then we top that off with a blueberry jam that’s bursting with flavour! If that wasn’t enough, we finish it with more of the pecan oat crumble and call it a day. This flavour combo is one of my absolute faves! But you could change out the jam and the nut to make it different every time 🙂
