Hey everybody! Food truck season is heating up! We have two tickets to the Sunday session of the Adirondack wine and Food festival in Lake George that we’re giving away. We are doing a random drawing of people that are interested. If you’d like to enter the drawing… DM me at 518-879-5552. We will do a drawing for the winner this Friday night. The winner can pick up their tickets Sunday morning at our food truck on Westbrook Rd just outside the festival grounds. 

Well!...it's official! Screaming Eagle Concessions has taken the next step in their crazy adventure and made their long awaited purchase to begin their Micro Brewery!

They completed their order with one of the leading manufacturer's of quality brewing equipment, Spike Brewing out of Milwaukee, WI.

They couldn't be more excited. Stay tuned to follow the progress...Screaming Eagle Brew Works is coming soon!

Our next big event is Monday July 3rd at one of our favorite venues, Washington County Fairgrounds for an Independence Day Celebration from 4:00-9:30PM !!

There will be a drone show, games, music and of course lots of great food vendors and food trucks!

The main event will be FIREWORKS presented by Fort Miller Group!

We will also West Mountain Ski Area Fall Festival 2022, Saturday 10/15 12-5:00 & Sunday 10/16 12-5:00.

Served in a cheese tortilla bowl with our famous 18 hour slow smoked pulled pork (with homemade Adirondack Apple BBQ Sauce and Glaze...YUM!) as a garnish, this chowder is a treat for your taste buds!

Our next event is tomorrow at Chowderfest in Saratoga! We couldn't be more excited to finally put our chowder to the test!

Hey everyone! We have a big announcement! Screaming Eagle Concessions has acquired all of the equipment from J.J.Hatfield’s Kansas City BBQ!!! We now have full size BBQ truck, 2 huge smokers and tons of equipment and supplies! We are now in the process of registering everything and making some improvements and changes to fit our needs. Stay tuned for more info on when we’ll be hitting the road for an event near you!!!

A big thank you to everyone who came out to see us last night for the 4th of July celebration at the Washington County Fairgrounds! The atmosphere was electric! At one point there was an hour wait just to reach the front of our ordering line. Thanks to everyone for being very patient, understanding, & happy! You made our job easier!😊

Below is a picture of our line, at one point, early in the evening and it just kept getting longer & longer each time we had a chance to look up! The fireworks began shortly after 9pm and we still had a line and it didn’t cease until around 1030 or so! We were crazy busy! We practically ran out of everything- including drinks! We are humbled and appreciate your support!

I’m also proud to announce that a portion of our proceeds, from last evening’s sales, went to benefit the Albany, NY Chapter of the American Gold Star Mothers, Inc.🇺🇸🦅

We will be serving up some of our BBQ deliciousness and there will be a fireworks show in honor of the birth of our nation- what’s more American than BBQ & fireworks? Take your time- we’ll wait!🤔😂

So come on out & see us, say hi, and order up some of the best BBQ that you have ever experienced! We will be serving up our 18 Hour Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich Plates slathered with our 4 hour, slow-simmered, homemade BBQ sauce, our “World Famous” Screaming Eagle Bacon Mac ‘N Cheese, our delicious hot dogs, and our hot dog specialty- “The Screaming Eagle Dog” topped with our homemade Screaming Eagle Red Pepper Sauce.

Today we will be featuring our “Red, White, & Blue Donut Strawberry Shortcake”…a dozen (or so) of our very own mini donuts topped with fresh sliced strawberries🍓, homemade strawberry compote, sprinkled with fresh blueberries🫐, a dusting of powdered sugar, & topped with a generous swirl of whipped cream! It’s like a fireworks show for your tastebuds!

We will also have “The Screaming Eagle Ye Ole Patriot Shop” set up next door to our trailer today for all of your light up and glow 4th of July novelty merchandise!
