The most common failure to getting your dream body is demoralized motivation.

Why? Because when you first go into a gym, looking at yourself in the mirror, or even do your first workout, the first realization you hit is.... "Wow, this is going to take some work."

You then look around and see the people that are in better shape than you, and what you thought was going to be a nice journey comes to a screeching halt because you've now put doubt in yourself.

Can I do this? Am I doing it right? Can I ever be like them?

The answer is YES! 🎊

Don't compare yourself to others. They may have been training for years. When you get started, you have one goal... to be better than you were yesterday. Keep that in your mind and you'll never get comparison shut down again!

The great part about The Dream Body Solution Fitness Program is that you can still eat what you want while getting your dream body.

I prefer my tacos with seasoned ground meat, tomatoes, avocado, spinach, cheddar cheese, and salsa. What do you like in your tacos?

When you go to the gym, do a home workout, or simply do cardio: the biggest mistake you can ever make is feel comfortable when you are done.

Our bodies are extremely smart, if you want it to change, you're going to have to prove it. Make sure you are reaching failure in your sets and to a point in your cardio where you HAVE to take a break.

If you don't, don't plan on seeing something different in the mirror.

This was the second transformation and it all came down to consistency. Once you get into the groove, it is a snowball effect. When you body realizes you are serious, the changes you can make to your body are fast and take less effort than when you are first starting. My waist went from 31 inches to 29 and I dropped another 4% in body fat.

We all are busy and sometimes you just need to get in a quick meal. This meal takes less than 5 minutes of active time.

Grab a hand-full of asparagus and boil it in water, in another pot put your choice of noodles and sauce, then cover with cheese. Medium carb level with a healthy vegetable will do the trick!

Happy Labor Day! Although we might not have to go to work, it is definitely worth getting the workout we want in!

Regardless of what program you use, you HAVE to make those last 3-4 reps count. If you are doing 12-15 reps easily without struggling at the end, you won't see any changes in your body. The term "No pain, no gain" exists for a reason. Not that you'll actually be in pain, but instead you will be struggling to get those sexy body transformational gains!

Everyone starts somewhere and the same goes for me. My first transformation dropped 8% body fat! My waist line went from a 34 down to a 31 and it was just the beginning, check out the stage of my transformation next week!
