What I love most about my life are the little things (which actually are big things.)Never could I have imagined during my corporate career to just lay on the couch and rest when I wanted to. Take a day off when I felt like it. Go to the beach and just be.
The last years have not been easy building my own, creating the life I want. It’s been a s***show at times- honestly. My intuition always guided me home. Listening deeply in those times of inner turmoil, fear, anxiety around money, insecurities. My own healing. Dark nights of the soul and then the rewards. Always keep going and follow your heart. ❤️
I’m not yet where I want to be but today I’m celebrating myself. I think we need to do that more often. 🥳 I’m thankful for my life. The freedom I have now. It’s a blessing. The peace I’m feeling within myself. The Beautiful people I have in my life. My family, friends.

Der Januar kann sich nach den vielen Feiern mit Familie und Freunden über Weihnachten und Neujahr lang anfühlen. Die Festlichkeiten haben eventuell auch Spuren hinterlassen in Bezug auf Dein Wunschgewicht, vielleicht fühlst Du Dich energielos.

Unser Körper besteht aus Billionen von Zellen. Es ist wichtig auf Zellebene gesund zu sein, um dem Winter Blues ein Schnippchen zu schlagen. Unsere Zellgesundheit ist von verschiedenen Faktoren abhängig- z.B. unserem Stresslevel, wie wir uns ernähren, unserem Schlaf.
Besonders in dieser Zeit ist es wichtig so viel Tageslicht wie möglich zu bekommen und dass wir uns trotz Kälte auch draußen bewegen. Nährreiches, gesundes Essen und ausreichender Schlaf sind weitere Hilfsmittel, um körperliche, mentale und emotionale Gesundheit zu unterstützen.

Unsere Mindfulnesspraxis hilft uns dabei, im gegenwärtigen Moment zu sein und mit allem zurechtzukommen, was auftaucht. Akzeptanz hilft uns, unsere Gefühle zu bestätigen, uns selbst Mitgefühl zu schenken und uns zu motivieren, aktiv zu werden.
Leichte Bewegung und Atemarbeit sind starke Unterstützungssysteme, um die Immunität zu stärken, die Stimmung zu heben und um von innen heraus ausgerichtet und energetisiert zu bleiben.

In diesem 4 Wochen Workshop begleite ich Dich durch den Jahresanfang und gebe Dir einfache Werkzeuge an die Hand, die Du leicht in einen auch hektischen Alltag integrieren kannst.

In einer kleinen Gruppe lernst Du über wissenschaftlich fundierte Konzepte in Bezug auf Achtsamkeit, Emotionale Intelligenz, Ernährung, Schlaf und Bewegung.

In einem gemütlichen und sicheren Raum lernen und üben wir zusammen einfache Übungen, die Du leicht in Deinen Alltag integrieren kannst, teilen unsere Erfahrungen und Du bekommst Inspirationen und einfache Übungen mit nach Hause.

Personalizing your Diet

The link between nutrition and health is undeniable, and understanding it from a personalized perspective is crucial for optimal well-being. While some individuals may opt for test-based approaches to tailor their diets, everyone can benefit from implementing nutrient-dense foods, personalizing their diet, and becoming more in tune with their body's unique needs and responses to food. These cost-free techniques are invaluable steps towards a healthier, more vibrant life.

Personally, I started empowering myself with testing to detect silent inflammation on cell level. All my clients go through the testing now before I even start working with them on mindset. Why?
Because mal-nutrition and lack of a healthy Omega-6 to Omega-3 Balance are a massive contributor for silent inflammation and brain inflammation. Gut imbalances have massive impact on our mental health.

1. Silent inflammation is associated with a variety of factors, including poor diet, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, chronic stress, and environmental toxins. It can also result from underlying health conditions such as autoimmune diseases, diabetes, or chronic infections.
2. Systemic impact: Even though silent inflammation doesn't produce obvious external symptoms; it can still have a significant impact on overall health. It has been linked to various chronic diseases and conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, cancer, and autoimmune disorders.
3. Biomarkers: While silent inflammation might not be immediately obvious, it can be detected through testing. We all have them- belief systems, attitudes and thought patterns. Some are helpful, some are not so much. Raising awareness of our thoughts and emotions plays a critical role as the foundation for effective leadership.

The power of mindset refers to the profound impact that our beliefs, attitudes, and thoughts have on our behaviours, emotions, and overall quality of life. It's the understanding that the way we perceive and interpret the world around us, as well as the internal dialogue we have with ourselves, shape our experiences and outcomes.

Here are some key aspects that illustrate the power of mindset:
1. Beliefs and Attitudes: Our beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world influence our actions and decisions. If we have a positive and growth-oriented mindset, we're more likely to take on challenges, persevere through setbacks, and believe in our capacity to improve. On the other hand, a negative or fixed mindset can hinder progress and limit potential.
2. Resilience: A strong and adaptive mindset helps us bounce back from adversity. When faced with difficulties, individuals with a resilient mindset view challenges as opportunities for growth rather than insurmountable obstacles. They tend to be more proactive in finding solutions and learning from their experiences.
3. Emotional Well-being: Our mindset plays a significant role in regulating our emotions. Positive thoughts and self-compassion leads to improved emotional well-being, while negative thought patterns can contribute to stress, anxiety, and even depression.

How Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation 23/08/2023

Our bodies need both omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, but the modern diet is disproportionately high in omega-6s, which can promote inflammation when not balanced with adequate omega-3 intake. Aim to balance these fats by increasing omega-3-rich foods and reducing intake of omega-6-rich foods like processed and fried foods.
I recommend supplementing as well but make sure to take a test & re-test to make your your body is able to absorb the fat on cell level.

One of the most important things when you step into entrepreneurship is to believe in yourself. No one else will, especially when times get tough.
Consistent self-development is key and it is about showing up every day for yourself.
Yes, there were times where I thought… do I need to go back? Will this work? Will I ever make enough to sustain myself?
But I followed my intuition and kept nurturing myself, because I realized going back would mean jeopardizing my own health. And that was no option… so this is what I did:

I continued to build my own confidence and believed in Myself!

Self-confidence is a vital aspect of self-empowerment. It's about having faith in your abilities and believing in yourself.

Here are some ideas how this can look like:

Being in Silence: Practice mindfulness meditation to tune into your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. Regular meditation can enhance self-awareness, reduce stress, and promote emotional health.

Positive Affirmations: Start your day with positive affirmations. Regular practice can improve your self-esteem, maintain a positive mindset, and reinforce your belief in your capabilities.

Be in Nature: Go out for a walk no matter how hectic a day might get. Ground yourself. Be.

Celebrate Success: No matter how small, celebrate your successes. Recognizing and acknowledging your achievements can bolster self-confidence.

Challenging Tasks: Step out of your comfort zone and take on tasks that challenge you. Overcoming hurdles can build resilience and boost self-confidence.

I made the commitment to myself to never stop growing.
