A small company using as much local produce as possible that makes and delivers fresh soup, bread, salads, casseroles, and dessert once a week from September to June. During the summer, we hold spots in two local Farmer's Markets, offering discounted fresh or frozen soup as well as baked-that-day cookies and cakes, our Walk-About Salads, and our meat or vegetarian hand pies. Dear Caboo, I found these in the grocery store at a much more reasonable price point than expected. But why oh why are you packaging them in plastic? I see you say it’s recyclable but it isn’t around here. Please consider a bamboo or even tree based packaging option, as you have for your other supermarket offerings (toilet paper and facial tissue). Thank you, and keep up the good work!
