We will be in Camp Point area on Tuesday, July 23rd and Quincy on Thursday, July 25th!

Orders of any size qualify for delivery to your work or home, whichever you prefer! Ordering and delivery is so simple for you. We intentionally designed it that way.

Everything we offer is ALL BEEF-We have our steaks and Roasts ground for a perfectly nutritious and filling combination. The ranchers behind the beef are Josh & Brittany Gunther and our four children, Berkley (8), Baylor (6), Conley (4), and Beau (2). We row crop farm along with raise our direct-to-consumer cattle, from birth to harvest. We are a first-generation operation and farming for the future of our children, and yours!

Four years ago we found ourselves with a beautiful home and growing family living in-town on a peaceful cul-de-sac. We felt a deep yearning and calling to farm that grew by the minute and could only be sent from above. Through the guidance of our Lord, we made a great leap of faith, sold our home, and prayed more than we ever have before. God has opened opportunities for our family that we never thought possible and guided us in every way. We value health and are a from-scratch kitchen ourselves. We keep this at upmost attention when making decisions on how to raise our cattle and what options will produce the most nutritious results for your family, and ours too! Our operation is focused on regenerative agriculture with our beef pasture raised and finished, hormone and antibiotic free, humanely raised and handled, and birth to harvest all right here, on our farm, by our little family. We grow as much food for our cattle on our farm as we can and buy anything else from local elevators and neighboring farmers.

We offer beef shares traditional beef cuts as well as a full array of all beef products such as summer sausage, snack sticks, and hot dogs-These along with our ground beef and any products we offer are stocked full of premium cuts of steaks and roasts ground together with their natural marbling. We do not allow any fillers, additions of other meats such as pork, off trimmings, or anything else that could lessen the flavor or nutrient profile of our beef. We are all natural, ALL beef! Our roasts and additional steak options will restock this fall along with some other fun new offerings. Stay Tuned! :)

You can get your beef delivered right to your door if you are located in Quincy, Camp Point, and Jacksonville! We also ship nationwide. Our nationwide flat-rate shipping cost is based on your zone and varies in price from $20-57. You can also opt for on-farm pickup in rural Camp Point! Any of these options are available at checkout at oakavenuefarm.com. Beef shares are also delivered if you are located within 3 hours of Camp Point, IL!

Electric lines are IN! Our amazing Adams crew was speedy this morning. I’m optimist but I think we can be in by December 1st! It sounds so far but these next 4 months will certainly FLY by!!

Our roof is over half complete and it feels GOOD! When we started our build, we said we wouldn’t do any of it ourselves. Taking on the roofing has been such an exhausting, extraordinary, and empowering experience! We are so grateful for the opportunity and ability to turn our build into a labor of love! Celebrating small victories today! Last piece of drip edge went on.. which we are calling “Phase 1” of the roofing process out of 3 phases! A few DIY projects on this house are teaching us a LOT about home building! Mainly.. patience!

Our home build has been behind schedule. We were supposed to be doing finishing work right now.. but instead our windows and doors just got set. I’m so stinking grateful to even be building this farmhouse that going with the punches is so easy! God has blessed us, and we will move in when he is ready for us to!
