We have some festivals coming up that we will be vending at!

First off, a long time favorite festival of ours since even before vending, NY Faerie Festival in Harpersville, NY! This is a super fun, family-friendly fantasy-themed faire that takes place deep in the woods of Upstate New York. June 28, 29, and 30!

And then later this summer, on the Chanango County fairgrounds in Norwich, NY, there's the Upstate Renaissance Festival! This one's a newer festival to our area, and we had an absolute blast with them last year. August 24 & 25!

In between those events we will be at the Ithaca Farmer's Market most weekends, and other events near the Ithaca area. Stay tuned for more updates!

Well, it happened again 😩 Please don't buy from this seller, this is a blatant and poor-quality knock off of one of our favorite pieces. The graphic they're using was hand-drawn by a good friend of ours and it's downright disrespectful to see it reproduced in such a way. We're taking what actions we can against this shop, but after only a quick glance it looks like the majority of their listings are a similar story.

The internet is becoming more and more of a difficult place to make a living, and there's 4 of us now working full-time to keep this dream going. AI and drop shipping is quickly crowding out artists like us, so please be mindful of who and where you buy from online.

We're vending this weekend! This is our first big market of the year and we're so excited for it- even got a new tent and everything! If you're in the area, come say hi! We'll be here Friday noon-6, Saturday 10-6, and Sunday 10-5!

Our spots are on the far end of the vending area, close to the corner of Cayuga St. and Buffalo St. We have a double tent this year so we'll be hard to miss!

Well, they do say imitation is the highest form of flattery, yes? It was brought to our attention that some sellers on Amazon have started yoinking pictures and text from our listings and using them in listings such as this one. It's pretty obviously a scam, the text portions are garbled and don't line up with the details they put in the "item description" section, and there are so sales or reviews yet. Who knows what you'd get if you were to order from them!

We've already reported this listing to Amazon(and gave it a 1-star review linking to the real listing on our Etsy). Huge thanks to the person who messaged our shop and gave us a heads up!

New item alert! These were getting requested often enough that we figured we might as well make them their own listing. Training handles! These are great for a number of different uses and activities, and work fine on their own or in combination with a regular leash. As with all of our supplies, these are made-to-order, meaning you choose the leather color, hardware, and any other adjustments and we'll make it, from scratch, to your exact specifications. I actually was wetting this guy down to re-posituon him, as he had gotten a little squished coming home from a market. Don't be afraid to do the same with any animals you may have gotten from us! They can be posed over and over again- I like trying to make them interact with whatever environment they're hanging out in.

Hello friends, this is your captain speaking ✈️

Just a small PSA- the crew here in the leather shop will be on vacation later this month, so we'll be putting a pause on our Etsy while we're gone. Don't worry, all orders in the queue will be finished out before leaving! And I'm sure we'll come back ready and rearing for the next Ren faire season 💪 (it starts earlier than you would think; we need a breather while we can get it!).
