I am writing in distress and anticipation of my situation at least benefitting others in this community because one's experience should be akin to lifting the voice of warning against hoodlums in the guise of illustrious families/brands so other innocent entrepreneurs & individuals can escape the stress and nuisance.

Property in prime location registered in my family's name was rented out to Madhusudan Motors (Rachit Agrawal, Anurag Agarwal, Rama Shanker Agarwal) in 2018 with an agreement to lease the space for NEXA Cars and the associated services. While there was adherence to the points that worked for the benefit of the dealer, like enjoying the prime location, esteemed clients from our networks, and due to our family's name, the dealer audaciously chose to breach the conduct of business terms agreed. They have defaulted on the monthly rentals and will fight head-on to escape the penalties.

Our family deals across all business domains with the single mantra of righteousness and customer retention, and we have filed a case against them. While we will fearlessly battle this out to reclaim what's ours, I wanted to warn you all to avoid dealing with this family in any way. Such defaulters must learn a lesson and not opt for unethical practices to serve their personal goals. Such people must face isolation and business boycott so they unlearn malpractices and respect others' time & esteem.
