•if you love vanilla, lavender & woodsy smells, this is such a beautiful mix!
•a common fave to diffuse for kiddos for nap/sleep time
•rub on bottom of feet of upset baby on a road trip to help calm nerves (with a carrier oil like coconut oil)
•bedtime fave to diffuse to help get a solid sleep. I personally like to diffuse it with vetiver or cedarwood.
