We have THREE allotments left for sale at our Community Garden (104th & Cook). Beds are 4'x10' - plenty of space to plant your tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers or zucchini, kale and eggplant! โWas debating on posting this but after a really tough 2 weeks on C4 I really needed some motivation. My step dad sent me this picture today of me on holiday just over a year and a half ago, the other is me today. Beleive it or not I was only 21 in the first one ๐ณ
Honestly its like looking at another person. Today I am fitter, happier and healthier than I've ever been. The plan as well as Joe's youtube workouts and cookbooks (how i started) have been the foundations of my journey. I still have the odd treat and takeaway but stay on plan 80% of the time and it has really paid off. Its not easy, the journey isn't a linear one, some days are better than others but honestly its sooooooo rewarding. Not everyday is perfect, and that's fine. Who'd have thought I'd be able to do press ups, chest to floor burpees or lunge jumps a year and a half ago??
I hope that this post motivates others as much as everyone else's motivate and inspire me.

ProActive Kids Program
ProActive Kids teaches kids and their families fun ways to improve health through Exercise, Nutritional Lessons, and Open Discussion over 8 weeks. This life-changing experience is offered FREE to kids ages 8 โ14 who want to learn new exercises, lose weight, eat right and be more confident. (BMI must be in 85th percentile or above to participate)
