Rope Care 101 with Jim Ewing + Adaptive Screening Monday | Sept. 23 | 7:30p - 9:30p | Sender One LAX Join us as Jim Ewing, a rope engineer from Sterling, briefs us on how to properly care for our climbing ropes! Jim will run a Q + A after the clinic so you can be sure to get all of your rope care questions answered! After the clinic, we will be screening the film 'Adaptive' - featuring Jim! About the film: Jim Ewing – a Sterling Rope engineer and below-the-knee amputee – enlists professional climber, Maureen Beck – born without her left hand – to attempt the first all-adaptive ascent of the über classic and deeply remote Lotus Flower Tower (5.10+) in Canada's Cirque of the Unclimbables.
