It would be 21 years together, 13 of those married to you ♥️ I still think about our wedding day, truly the happiest day of my life. It’s hard to look back and not have a memory that includes you. We were together for half of our lives. It’s difficult imagining growing old without you. You were home to me; as long as I was with you, I felt true happiness and comfort. Everything still seems strange without you— I feel like I’m wandering the earth with no clear path and no destination. I suppose that’s life. It would just be better with you in it. Happy Anniversary my love, my soulmate. I will always celebrate us 🥂

Words will never be enough to describe the overwhelming love I have for this fine group of wonderful souls. The past 12 days in the Alaska bush have been spectacular 🌲🌟 I am beyond fortunate to have had this opportunity with such a stellar group of Wildland firefighters. 😘

On this day, one year ago, we celebrated The Man, The Myth, The Legend… Benjamin Latrobe Coale at an event so brilliantly named BENORAMA. I’ve said it one hundred million times and I will say it over and over again until the day I die : Ben Coale was the most dynamic person I have ever known. His energy, humor, and talent were unequivocal; I miss every single thing about him every single second. But I get to see him in my dreams, and I truly believe I will see him again one day on the other side. “Play on playa”— everyone loves you… but no one more so than I. There is no one better than you 🧡🩵
