Yes I agree with most of this quote, however I don't think these disciplines are always simple. It may get easier as you become more consistent, but these things take time. Lets be a little more disciplined today so we can be successful tomorrow.
I have had a hard time not creating anxieties for myself giving power to small problems. I think more often than not we end up being our biggest obstacle. Lets focus on what we can control today and give no attention to the "what ifs" that hold us back.

Seems like life gets busier by the minute! Pretty soon kids are grown, pets are gone, and all we have are priceless memories like this (I didn’t know about the photo bomber until I watched the video ha). Gotta get those push ups in somehow right 😉. Let’s do more for a healthier us…for our families and friends. No excuses…lets review our week and the goals we set.
