Foxcroft Youth Wrestling

The kids had a long first day at camp. A lot of great technique and some new moves, followed by and intense live wrestling session at the end. These kids worked their butts off today. Looking forward to the rest of camp.

Camp starts on Monday!!! We are taking registrations all the way up till Monday morning. Outstanding clinicians should be a great week of wrestling! Looking forward to seeing everyone there

Summer wrestling camp, little late getting around to posting but should be an excellent camp. Clinicians coming from USM including head coach Mike Morin!!! Going to have a lot of experience on the mat. Looking forward to a great turn out!!!

I just wanted to put out a HUGE thank you to everyone who chipped in today to make our tournament a success! We truly could not have made it happen without all of the generous people who were more than willing to volunteer their time and support! Despite Mother Nature trying to slow us down, we were still able to come together for a great day of wrestling. I am humbled to be a part of such a great wrestling community here, and only strive to improve and grow our program year after year! Thank you for allowing us to coach your children, and thank you for all that you do!

Registrations are officially closed for tomorrows tournament. We are looking at around 200 kids. Can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow!

New tournament date and location!!!
We will host the Foxcroft Tournament at the Sedomocha Middle School on March 30!!!
If you have already registered and still intend to come you don’t have to do anything. Registrations will continue until Thursday March 28th.

Reminder, we will be doing practice tonight March 22 at Morton gym.

We are cancelling our tournament scheduled for Saturday March 23rd with the intent to reschedule for Saturday March 30th. We will update as soon as we confirm facilities to support the tournament. We apologize for the inconvenience but the safety of everyone attending is our top priority.

We are coming down to the last week for registrations for our tournament. We have about 60 wrestlers registered so far. We will be planning on attending the Mount View Tournament next Sunday. This has always been a great tournament for our wrestlers.

Our wrestlers had another great weekend. Wrestling tough at our neighbors from dexter tournament on Saturday, we had a lot of wrestlers top the podium and placed many more. And Sunday we had a handful of wrestlers compete at the skowhegan river hawks tournament, we had a lot of great matches with close decisions and the kids fought so very hard. The kids looked great all weekend, so proud of how far they’ve come in such a short time on the mat.

A little ways out but should be a fun tournament for our female wrestlers.

Tournament this Sunday!!!

Foxcroft Youth Wrestling participated in the Pirate Youth Wrestling tournament. It was a great showing for the wrestlers! We had Gabe Johnson, Caroline Dumont, Mason Chase, Luke McCorrison, and Finn Dumont all take home 1st place! Placing 2nd were Maddox White, Colton Wing, and Ashton Griffith. Four of our wrestlers placed 3rd, Patrick Frye, Addie Johnson, Gage Rideout, and Lennox Dewitt. 4th place finishes by Lincoln Hutchinson, Kori Hite, Royce Tirrell, Wyatt Durgin and Gunnar Woodell were achieved. Otto McPheters rounded out our medals with a 5th place finish.
Amazing job by our wrestlers! A big thank you to the coaches and a round of applause for all the families!
