灵摆是不能夠为我们做能量清理的，它只是一个工具，我们利用它来给我们信号，先设定好它的摆动，好让我们知道答案是-否或是。清理是由我们的意图，加上思维能量去促使清理工作。
Pendulum can’t clear us. It’s only a tool or indicator. We need to program how it move to indicate ‘yes’ or ‘no’. It’s our intention with our thoughts to make the clearing happen.

Regine Ooi 多年来（2006-2020）一直从事灵性反应疗法（SRT）。 2009年1月，获得Rev. Robert Detzler认证为SRT教师（2009-2020）。她在马来西亚、新加坡、墨尔本、台湾和中国教授 SRT。她的愿景是将身和心的全面安康传授给更多的有缘人。
学习灵性反应疗法的时间为6天，有许多图表和图表上有很多项目，需要时间去实习和理解，这对于新学员来说是極为困难的。 2017年，她研发了一个新系统，名为“回归本我”（Meeting Inner Self)，简化了流程，并且可以简易的应用到日常生活中。学习“回归本我”只需要一天的时间就能完成，並且这个系统是可以用科学来解释的。由于疫情的影响，她于2020年开始在线教授“回归本我”，并得到了热烈的反响，这证明了该系统的有效性和影响力。在线教学使她能够接触到更广泛的参与者，他们有来自澳大利亚、新西兰、中国、美国、日本、台湾等国家。她收到了不少有关于学习“回归本我”后的正面反馈，如何在疫情期间帮到他人，並改善了他们对生活的积极及正面意识，着实令人鼓舞及感动。

Regine Ooi has been practising Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) for many years(2006-2020). In January 2009, she was certified by Rev. Robert Detzler to be a SRT teacher(2009-2020). She teaches SRT in Malaysia, Singapore, Melbourne, Taiwan and China. Her vision is to spread total wellness, physical and mental health to as many people she could reach.
The duration of learning Spiritual Response Therapy are 6 days and there are many items on charts that needs to be read and understand which can be overwhelming to new students. In 2017, she invented a new system called “Meeting Inner Self”(MIS) which simplifies the process and it can be applied into their daily life. Meeting Inner Self needs one day to complete learning and the system can be explain by Science. She started teaching MIS online in 2020 due to the pandemic and received overwhelming responses which is a testament to the effectiveness and impact of the system. Teaching online has allowed her to reach a wider participants from countries like Australia, New Zealand, China, USA, Japan, Taiwan, and many more. The positive feedback she received about how MIS has helped people during the pandemic and positively transformed their lives is truly inspiring.
Regine would like to continue to spreading the system to more people abroad at her own pace, even in retirement and she could contribute her efforts to society while enjoying a well-deserved retirement.

回归本我-只专注在自己的内心，把自己清理好，让内心回归到自然的状态-平和、有爱。改变自己就会改变周遭的一切人、事与物。回归本我是以最简易的方法，没有繁琐步骤的減法系统。有时候通过清理后，事情会有戏剧性的改变，因为清理了，能量正了，就会创造更美好的结果或有无限美好的可能性。😇🙏💕

《Meeting Inner Self》is a complete healing system for body, mind and energy body. We are connecting to Superconscious mind to clear negative memory that stored in our subconscious mind. With the help of pendulum and charts to find out what are the negative memories, that blocks us from good health, relationship, prosperity and etc., especially fear energy that block us to self empowerment, self confidence, physical illnesses and etc. This system empowered us to heal ourselves and others. And enable us to create a life that we want.
